Ivy's POV.
It's been two weeks and I don’t know what to do about the arranged marriage. Every time I headed to my chambers, I would sneak away to spend time with Ivan. I do it two hours before sunset. That way, I do not get caught missing as everyone usually goes to their chambers and doesn't even bother checking up on me. Cora, however, stayed in my chambers and covered for me, then when I returned she and I would talk.
I told her about how loving and caring Ivan is towards me. Never in a million years have I thought that I would talk like this about a werewolf. Even more so, I never even thought that I would tell all this to anyone other than Charlotte. Yet, here I am. Cora is a very good listener and, for a normal vampire, she has some good advice about the opposite s*x.
