I watched one of my Mates walking away from me, and it nearly brought the waterworks again. Ever since I turned 18 and found out that both of them would be my Mates I tried to make my piece with it. I spent many hours in the library reading about this double mating thing, but for the love of Goddess I had no idea that I either have to accept both of them or neither at all. How am I supposed to go on with basically half of the bond completed and another one… well not.
I suspected that the mistake I made at that party will come back and haunt me, when I least expect it. To be totally honest I thought both of them would reject me on the spot but Neil surprised me. He is actually giving me a chance.
