Later Events
It took a long time for the marks on Rachael's hands to disappear, and she had many restless nights. For many nights she dreamed of Morgan disappearing from sight into the bog, never to return, and she would wake up screaming. She never seemed to be afraid of the hound or the raven; after all, they spared her and saved Morgan. She almost liked them and spoke of them as her friends, which most folk thought was a little extreme. She became very demanding, especially about knowing where Morgan was and if he was safe.
After five days of constant worry by her parents, arrangements were made for her to stay at Withyford farm where she could see Morgan each day. It certainly improved the way she felt because she started to sleep better.
