“Its about a lot more than just thanking me," Aaron said again, waving his hand. “If there is found to be some substantiation to her claims that there is indeed something untoward going on between yourself and Cayden, then there is a great chance that her claim that you were feeding information back to your father could be given credence."
I swallowed hard. That wasn't something that I had thought of. I hadn't thought that the one could influence the other.
I simply nodded.
“I understand," I told him again, without accepting the truth as fact.
