Chapter 4: Riot

I drove through the border to my pack land, Adam right behind me. I pulled into my driveway and grabbed my suitcase, carrying it into the house. I went to my room and pulled my door shut behind me, I undressed and put on a pair of blue underwear and a white tank-top and crawled into bed, it was 1:30 AM and I was exhausted, I couldn't sleep on the plane. I dreamed I was sitting on a porch swing drinking a cup of tea. My hair was in a bun and I had a cute dog curled up in my lap. A large figure blocked my view, from what I could see, I was content. I woke up to the sound of my alarm, 8:30 AM, just enough time to shower before Alpha Riot and his beta show up. I quickly shower, using my products and not the perfumed crap the royals used.

I pulled on a black sports bra and matching underwear, I put on a pair of blue jean shorts and black crop top. I looked down at my feather tattoo, I had gotten a fir added in London. Showing my lost mate, I ran my hand over it. I put on white no-shows and my all white converse. I brushed my hair and left it down, I put on a bit of make-up, a light nude lip matte, eye liner and mascara. I left the house and walked up to the pack-house where Sophia and Garrett were waiting.

"Allison! You're here!" Garrett said relieved when he saw me.

"I said I would be." I said without emotion.

"You added another fir. What happened while you were gone Ally?" He asked looking at my tattoo.

"None of your business Alpha." I replied. I turned away from him and watched the road.

"It is rude not to answer a question asked by your Alpha." I heard Sophia say. 

I sighed and turned to her. "The firs leaving my feather represents people I have lost, the first two are my parents. I'm not exactly ready to talk about who just died Luna." I said in an even tone. She looked at the ground, Garrett grabbed her hand and I looked back at the road.

"Is it why Adam left so abruptly?" I heard Garrett ask.

"Yes." I replied while still looking at the road. Just then my phone went off, I pulled it out to see Derrick's account skypeing me. I answered and saw Darren looking through my phone at me.

"Ally!" He shouted making me giggle.

"Miss me already?"

"Yeah." He said shyly. I giggled and his face got red.

"It's okay i miss you too." I whispered making him giggle. 

"When are you coming to visit?" 

"Darren!" I heard the king call out.

"I've got to go Ally, dad found me." He said right before he screen went black. I laughed and put my phone back in my pocket. 

"Who was that?" I heard Garrett ask.

"My new BFF, his name is Darren." I said. Just then I heard vehicles approaching, a black corvette reached us followed by a large black escalade. I saw Garrett tense from the corner of my eye, Sophia did too, she must know him. The corvette opened and a large man stepped out, he had to be at least 6 ft 2, his pale skin and green eyes with brown hair made him look like a snack. Then the door to the escalade opened and the smell hit me, rain, with lavender and something musky.

(MATE!!!!) Jinx screamed in my head.

Ummm... OUCH! I yelled back, she ignored me and began pacing. I watched as a very large man 6 ft 4 stepped out of the escalade, he was pure muscle and I could sense the power rippling off of him. His jet black hair was a styled perfectly, his chiseled triangular jaw was clean shaven. His honey toned skin made my warm beige look pale. His thin heart shaped lips looked perfect for mine. His storm grey eyes met mine and he clenched his jaw. He walked over and I felt Garrett take a small step back. My mate looked over at him and smirked coldly, he looked back at me and I raised an eyebrow.

"You must be Riot. I've heard a lot of things, you are supposed to be intimidating, too bad people got it wrong." I sighed making Garrett and Sophia gasp. He looked at me like I had three heads and I smirked at him. 

"How dare you talk to an Alpha like that wolf?!" The corvette guy said.

"I talk however I want, no-one will stop me." I said looking around Riot at the snack.

"Is that so?" I heard Riot growl.

"Yup." I said popping the p. He let out a cruel chuckle, before I could move he had me against the wall his hand closing around my throat.I took my now dangling legs and wrapped them around his waist making him growl lowly. I looked at his face, my eyes meeting his, he was searching my eyes.

"If you're looking for fear, you wont find it." I managed to get out. He brought his face to my neck and took a deep breath. "You wont smell it either." I whispered for only him to hear. He brought his eyes back to mine, he was very confused. He took his hand from my neck and placed it on my hip, his eyes went dark and he leaned down to my ear. 

"You will give me your fear...Mate." He whispered for only me to hear.

"Others have tried and others have failed. So will you...Mate." I whispered back. I unwrapped my legs from around him and pushed him off of me, catching him off guard. I straightened my clothes and walked to the door.

..............Riot POV.............

I opened my door after Max got out of his car, and her scent flooded my nose, warm vanilla, lilac and pine. I looked at the pack house and saw her standing on the steps looking at me. Her beautiful blue eyes looking over my body. She was a tiny little thing 5 ft 5 maybe, nearly a foot shorter than me. Her champagne blonde hair was loose falling down her back, she was wearing jean shorts and a black top that showed her waist and the feather tattoo. Her lips were a light shade of pink that worked well with her warm beige skin. Her thins lips looked perfect for kissing. I walked over toward them and Alpha Garrett and his Luna Sophia took a step back, but my little mate didn't budge. She raised her perfect eyebrow and caught me completely off guard with her tone.

"You must be Riot. I've heard a lot of things, you are supposed to be intimidating, too bad people got it wrong." She then sighed. I heard her Alpha and Luna gasp, but I was too shocked to say anything. No wolf has ever spoken to me like that. Max said something and my little mate looked at him, from behind me.

"I talk however I want, no-one will stop me." She stated.

"Is that so?" I growled at her. She looked back up at me, no real emotions on her face.

"Yup." She said popping the p. I chuckled then grabbed her and shoved her against the wall my hand around her neck. She wrapped her legs around my waist, surprising me yet again. I was searching her eyes for her true feelings.

"If you're looking or fear you wont find it." She said, she was right I couldn't. I put my face in her neck smelling her. "You wont smell it either." I took my face from her neck and looked back into her eyes. I removed my hand from her neck and placed it on her hip. I leaned down to her ear, and told her she would give me her fear.

"Others have tried and others have failed. So will you...Mate." She whispered back. She took her legs from my waist and pushed me away from her. She has a lot of strength for such a small body. She walked to the door after straightening her clothes and walked inside. Her Alpha and Luna followed her.

"That woman is something." Max said shaking his head in disbelief of what had just transpired.

"Mine!" I snarled at him. He looked at me with shock on his face. We both knew who I was. A mean son-of-a-b***h who no-one really liked. I had planned on rejecting my mate after finding her, but this wolf changed all that.

...............Allison POV............

I walked into the conference room followed by Garrett and Sophia. Riot and his beta, lagging.

"What the f**k Ally? He could've killed you!" Garrett shouted at me.

"And?" I said sitting down.

"AND? You could have DIED Allison! you need to think! Jesus!" He kept shouting.

"You need to grow some balls! You made him out to be a huge f*****g god of hell or something. Sure he is a hell of a lot stronger than you, but he is a wolf, not a f*****g monster." I started shouting and ended speaking coldly.

"Garrett is right you need to be careful, goddess only knows what this wolf is capable of."

"You guys are acting like he is a monster. For goddesses sake. He came here to make peace not war, if Riot wanted war, you would know." I growled at them. Before I could say more Riot and his beta walked in.

"Alpha Riot, Beta Max, we didn't have time for formal introductions, this is my mate Sophia." Max held up his hand stopping Garrett and he looked over at me.

"Your name."

"Nonya." I said evenly.

"Nonya?" He asked.

"Nonya business." I smirked as his face got red with rage. Riot was looking at me a bit amused. Just then Adam walked in. He looked around the room and his eyes stopped on me. I smiled innocently at him as he walked over to me.

"Alpha Riot, Max." He said looking at them. Riot looked between us and I lifted my eyebrow. He looked like he wanted to murder Adam for placing a kiss on the top of my head.

"You're late big brother." I said keeping my eyes on Riot's. 

"Sorry, Brayden didn't want me to leave little sister. Are you feeling better?" I looked away from Riot and looked to Adam, my hand going to my new fir. I nodded feeling a familiar sting in my eye. 

"The worst is over." I said taking his hand. Everyone was looking at me with curious glances. "I believe we have more important issues than me." I spat uncomfortably. 

"Alpha Riot, what do we owe the pleasure of this visit?" Sophia asked sitting down. Riot walked over to Adam and I, he sat in the chair next to mine, then he grabbed me from my chair and set me on his lap. 

"The peace treaty of course." He said as everyone stared at us. "Not to mention I found my mate." He said looking at me.

"Oh My! This is great!" Adam shouted catching a glare from Garrett. I giggled and Riot chuckled underneath me. "You have to tell Derrick and Bethany, they'll be so excited!" 

"Who?" Garrett said looking at us in confusion. Riot was staring at me with wide eyes. 

"People I met on my vacation." I said. "Now Peace treaty." I said getting back on topic. 

"Right. I would very much appreciate to re-new our peace treaty Alpha Riot." Garrett said. We hammered out the details of our peace treaty and did a formal signing of the paper work, Sophia was a witness for Ash-wind and I was the witness for Black-paw. It took us three hours to go over everything, at the end everyone stood, Riot gently placed me on the ground but put his arm around my shoulder.

"Good, Max and I will stay for the night, and tomorrow we will leave taking my mate." Riot said. 

"Alright, we will see you at dinner I'm guessing?" Garrett said looking at me.

"Probably not, I'm gonna pack and go for a run. Jinx needs to let out some energy." I said shrugging. My phone started going off and I saw Derricks skype profile again. I turned from Riot and walked over to Adam and answered. Darren and Bethany were on my screen smiling.

"Adam! You're here this time!" Darren yelled. 

"Sorry about earlier Allison, Darren really missed you." 

"That's alright, I was just about to call, Derrick didn't sound too happy earlier."

"No 'e wasn't but 'e 'as calmed down a bit now. So why were you gonna call darling?"

"She found her mate Beth!" Adam said happily from beside me.

"OhMyGod! Who is it?!" She squealed while Darren scowled.

"What is that face for little one?" I asked.

"I'm gonna beat 'im up if 'e 'urts you. This is my protector face. I'm working on it." He said shrugging making Adam and I laugh.

"So..?" Derrick said stepping into the screen.

"You know Alpha Riot of the Black-paw pack?" I asked.

"Yeah, he's a good Alpha. Probably one of the best in America why?" Derrick asked.

"He is my mate." I said smiling at them. 

"Ally that is great!........Bloody hell! Allison we have to go, we'll call later alright?"

"Perfect, I'll see you later!" 

"Bye Guys!" Adam shouted before the screen went black. I put my phone away to see Riot and Max staring at us, their eyes huge. Garrett and Sophia were watching us curiously. I walked away grabbing Riot's hand on my way out, pulling him with me.
