"Ma..." I open my eyes and found myself crying. I look around and remembered I am not in home anymore... "ALCESTIS!!! IT'S NOON ALREADY!! WAKE UP! THERE ARE A LOT OF WORK TO DO!" As I heard my Lola (grandmother) shouts, hurriedly I tidy up my bed. My grandparents are so exaggerated in time. Even though it is still 6 am in the morning. "La..." I called I see my older sister cooking, Lola washing clothes and Lolo cleaning outside the house. Everyone are busy doing chores. "You woke up so late! What are you a princess?!!!" Lola told I look down and felt afraid by her scream. " Help me with this clothes!" Silently I go and help lola. It is late afternoon when my Ate called us for our lunch. While we were eating my grandparents discuss about the crops. "Tomorrow Al (my nickname) we're going to plant the crops already so be sure to wake up early." my Lolo said Without looking to them I nod as a response. It takes a day to finish washing all our clothes so it is almost dark when we get to rest. My auntie's and uncles gathered in the house this evening for us to eat dinner together with the family. Every sunday our family do this. That night they talk, laugh, and drink. It is supposedly a happy evening but it isn't for me. I am uncomfortable to be with them even though they are my Father's family. I don't remember a time that they talk or include my family to this kind of gathering.
