عادت العلاقة بينهما مرة أخرى ، كان سياف خلالها متحكما جدا و متشدد مع منال فيما يخص الرجال . . . و أحيانا عندما يغضب بشدة و يفقد أعصابه يعتذر منها و لكن خلال هذه الفترة من الحب و الغزل لم يسمع منها يوما واحدا كلمة احبك . . . . . لكن هذا لم يفكر به كثيرا فهو كما يحبها يظن أنها تحبه و في علاقة معه لأجل لذلك . . . . و هذا السبب لأن يدخل الناس في علاقات مع بعضهم الحب هو السبب . . . . لكن كل مرة تصرفات منال كانت تتسبب في مشكلة بينهما ، هو يعطيها المال . . . . لكن هل تطلب الفتاة من حبيبها أموال ، هذا ما كان يحير عقله . . . . ربما هي لأنها تحبه لا تشعر بالحياء منه و هو يعطيها بسخاء . . . توالت الايام على هذا الحال و بعدها أصبحت منال تختفي لفترة و لا تتحدث معه مثل الأول . . . . تتحجج بالعمل و الانشغال بزواج صديقتها ، لم تعد حتى تطلب منه اي مال ، بدأ يشك فيها و في هذه التصرفات ، ثم سأل حسام بطريقة غير مباشرة إن كان لديهم عمل كثير ، ليتأكد فقط هل هي مشغولة ام لا . . . . لكن حسام فاجئه بأنهم هذه الأيام ليس لديهم عمل يذكر و حتى انهم لا يأتون دائما إلى الشركة . . . و ان منال أخذت عطلة منذ اسبوعين . . . . و هو بسبب إنشغاله لم يعد يذهب لمدة إلى المقهى ، صدمه علي صديقه أثناء حديث بينهما على الهاتف بأنه متضايق من زيد الذي يسمح لاخته هكذا دائما أن تأتي للمقهى في وقت متأخر . . . . . . ألم يحذرها من الذهاب للمقهى ، مالذي يحدث و ماذا تفعل هي . . . . و في أحد الأيام زارتهم شقيقته نهاد و أصرت على أن يرافقها للمول التجاري كي تشتري لإبنها بعض الأغراض . . . . و سيتعبها لكن هو يحب سياف و يسمع كلامه لذا عليه مرافقتهم . . . . و فعلا ذهب و هناك لمح طيف منال فنظر لها مطولا فقد كانت برفقة فتاة تبدو ليست ذات أخلاق و تضحك بشدة و من دون حياء أو مراعاة للآخرين حولهم . . . . . لاحظت نهاد إلى أين ينظر شقيقها فقالت " لما تنظر لهذه الفتاة عديمة الأخلاق يا اخي هل تعرفها . . .
