DAVID'S POV
"Are you okay though?" I asked Selena as she was about to head out of the car, and for a moment I think I saw her expression change from the other side as she had her face away from me.
But by the time she would turn back to me to give me a response, her face had a weak smile on it and I did not know how that was possible. Was it possible that I saw it wrong? I wondered.
"Yes, I am. Don't worry about me and please accept my apology once more Dave. Thanks for today and goodnight." Selena said with a weak smile as she opened the door and headed out and entered her house without looking back.
It was obvious that she was truly hurt and sad, but I was hurt too and I could not hide it, so I could not console her the way I should have done and it made me wonder if I was doing the
