SELENA'S POV I looked at my phone as it rang and I could not just bring myself to pick up that call. The caller was David. I looked around my office and I was thankful at that moment that I already discharged Jacqueline earlier to go to her desk. I told her that we should continue the meeting later because I had to catch my break and get my thoughts together a little bit. I put my phone on silent after it was done ringing the third time. I felt really bad not picking up David's calls but I just couldn't. The fact that he could turn enemies with his friend, Arthur ate deep at me like a treasure hunter, digging deeply in the ground to find treasures.
