11. It was a sunny Sunday and Ernesto was coming out of the church where he had gone for mass. He found some peace of mind as the days went by, but it happened that at times he felt very uneasy. While the priest was reciting his homily he had repeatedly caught sight of a small group of fishermen, his peers who were looking at him from under the left aisle of the church, laughing: they seemed to be having a great time.
