Dominic is a little late to the party to piss Iris off. By the time Paul is dragging him down the hallway to her room, there's already a cluster of nurses, doctors, and managerial staff that he recognizes standing either just outside the door or in the doorway. It's clearly annoying the actual care staff who are simply trying to do their jobs, and Dominic feels kind of smug when Iris' manager gets yelled at for standing in front of the bed.

His frown dips lower when he sees that Daniel has arrived as well. Though, he should have expected that. Daniel was probably the very first person they called when they noticed she was awake. It hadn't been that long since he left the hospital either, so maybe he's been here the entire time.
