Grace’s POV
Queen is pregnant.
The doctor excused herself to give us some privacy. My mouth was agape; my eyes widened looking at two lines appearing in the test kit.
“Damian,” I whispered his name in disbelief. We haven’t planned anything for our baby. Can we provide safe home to our child? Damian had the expression as me. Is he ready to embrace fatherhood? A smile broke on his face making me breathe out in relief.
“Grace we are pregnant!” He exclaimed and kissed me deeply.
“Yes, we are. Are you sure about this?” I asked him.
“Are you kidding? Of course, I am sure about this. Why won’t I be sure? This is what I have dreamt, to have a family with you and that dream is finally coming to life. Are you happy?”
“More than ever, we are about to be parents.” I chirped with excitement.
