Conrad POV As we raced down the corridors of the mansion, I still felt a bit groggy from the silver and wolfsbane cocktail we had been subjected to, but I would not let that stop me. We needed to find Beth and Wanda before anything happened to either of them. Leon and Patrick were in the lead, followed closely by their Betas, me, and Connor. All our men followed on behind, doing their best to keep up. As Leon and Patrick turned a corner in front of us, guns opened fire.
