After our meal was over, we sent everyone who needed sleep off to bed. The elementals said they’d watch over us. The crystal wolf went to guard the perimeter, but my vine protectors followed us to the command tent and placed themselves outside the door.
I stayed outside until everyone who needed to be in was in. I didn’t want them to stop someone. They didn’t move to follow me. It seemed they decided inside the tents was not the place for them.
