"Are you alright?" Veronica asked and snuggled close to him. Rafael hugged her tightly and nodded his head.
"You can tell it to me," she said. Rafael looked at her and pinched her nose. He kissed her forehead and forced a smile.
"It's about the rogues," Rafael said.
"Are you afraid?" Veronica said. Rafael squeezes her hand.
"I am not," Rafael answered. He wasn't afraid of them.
"Then what?" Veronica asked, she moved her head upward and stared into his eyes.
"I'm worrying for the warriors' safety," he said. He's not afraid, but the thought of failing terrifies him. Rafael had the warriors life in his hands.
