Chapter 2: CEO's Return

The elevator doors slid open, and Ethan Blackwood stepped out along with his best friend Victor who was the Lawyer for Ethan and his company, his presence commanding attention. His tailored suit accentuated his broad shoulders and chiseled physique, while his piercing blue eyes seemed to bore into those around him. Victor was Ethan's best friend since childhood. They both went to the same school. And in college both chose different paths while Ethan chose Business to take over from his dad, Victor chose Law as it was his passion, now Victor is handling all the law related things of Ethan's personal and business related works.

As he strode through the office, a hush fell over the room. Employees nodded respectfully, their eyes following him with a mix of admiration and intimidation.

Ethan's gaze swept the room, his eyes lingering on the familiar faces. He nodded curtly to his assistant, who handed him a stack of files.

"Good morning, Mr. Blackwood," she said, her voice crisp and professional.

Ethan's response was a brief, distracted smile as he scanned the documents. His mind was already focused on the day's challenges, his thoughts racing with strategies and solutions.

Just then, his eyes landed on a new face – a young woman with bright green eyes and long, curly brown hair. She looked lost, fidgeting with her security badge as she chatted with the receptionist.

Ethan's gaze narrowed, his interest piqued. Who was this newcomer? And why did she seem so... out of place...

Ethan called his PA Alex to ask about the new person. Alex informed Ethan that she is the new Public Relations Manager, and her name is Ava Windsor. Ethan told Alex to dig out all the information that is available about Ava, and bring her to him for now.

Alex went and told Ava that the CEO wants to meet her. Ava was so scared, she was thinking all possible wrongs what she may have done or why may CEO has called her. She came near the CEO's office and stood there for a few seconds then later knocked on the door. Ethan called her inside and told her to sit.

Here Ava was scared but was seeing Ethan how handsome he was, as he has removed his coat sit, she was seeing his biceps and muscular body, she was staring at him, when Ethan cleared his throat, Ava was surprised to see Ethan seeing her stare at him, Ava blushed and bent her head.

Ava introduced herself, Ethan told her that they have to plan for the Gala, to raise funds for charity events, as she is social media manager, and it has to be planned in 2 weeks. Ava was happy to help, she told him she would prepare everything and then left the office.

Outside of his office she stood and she was thinking she was never this attracted to anyone before what was happening to her, but she didn't think much and left.

Here Ethan was mesmerized by Ava's beauty. He was thinking about her beautiful face, thin lips how he wanted to kiss her when she was biting her lips, her perfect body, he was thinking how can an innocent woman like her turn him on? He was feeling like he wanted to have her, not only for night but like forever.
