Damn, that's hot
"Hey! Alexa! Wait!" I pulled Ruki. We were walking fast because of that guy, Leomont, keeps following us!
"Ruki walk faster, please!" she nodded and walk faster. I shrieked when someone grabbed my wrist and stopped me from walking.
"What do you really need on me?!" I yelled at him as I turned to face Leomont. He looked so shocked with my sudden wild reaction. What would he think my reaction will be? Happy that he catched us from running away from him? He's a stranger for god's sake! Does he think that I will embrace him as he reaches us?
"Uh.." he mumbled. I pulled out my wrist from his hold and waited for him to speak up. He looked down and his gaze went back to my eyes. He was about to say something but he just decided to shut his mouth and shook his head. My forehead creased and looked at my friend, Ruki. She looked at Leomont too because he does acted weirdly.
He has the looks but we can't remain calm because he might have any bad intentions on us. I am not this judgemental but he really was acting so weird that can freak us out!
Swear to god.
"Nothing.. Uh, goodnight," then he just turned his back against us and started to walked away. My mouth dropped at that, confused with that guy did!
See? He was really weird!
That's all words he will only say to me? Goodnight?! Is he insane? The hell! He tried to run behind us from the bar up to here just to say his goodnight to me? That guy.. That guy is crazy! He is creeping us out!
"Sore wa hontōni okorimashita ka?," (Does it really happened?) I asked Ruki.
"Sono otoko wa hendatta," (That guy was weird) she uttered and I really agreed on it. I just scoffed and ruffled my hair with my now, cold hand.
"Rāmen o tabemashou!" (Let's just eat ramen, my treat!) Ruki squealed and jumped out of joy. Our mood just lightened because of the word Ramen. I had my salary for the month today so I decided to treat her some ramen for the both of us.
We are now in Tokyo Ramen street. We will eat in Rokurinsha, where it is known to be the best ramen restaurant in Japan. I felt bad that Kian can't come with us tonight because his performance at the bar will still start at eleven o' clock. But he said he will try to join us on some other time.
"Sutekina!" (Wow nice!)
We are now in front of the said restaurant. Japanese are coming inside and outside the place. I can already smell the ramen and it's making me crave for it now more. Ruki giggled and put her hands inside of her black thick coat's pocket. It's getting cold and colder tonight. I glanced at my wrist watch. It's already ten o' clock in the evening. We better eat faster. Otherwise, we cannot eat our dinner if we reached the closing time of the restaurant and it's eleven o' clock, only one hour from now.
"Let's line up! I'm hungry~" Ruki said. I nodded and we lined up outside the restaurant. It's now our third time here and since then, we already crave for it everyday. But we need to budget our money so.. we only eat here sometimes and if we only have our monthly salary at the bar.
Good thing, only few customers are here so the waiting time for us was fast. We are now in front of the vending machine where we can order foods and pay for our bill. We ordered our favorite tsukemen here and add-ons like eggs and two beers. I paid the bill first before I collected the tickets and gave it to the server. She took the half of the tickets and gave us back the other half of it. We waited at the side so we couldn't block the other customers nor the entrance of the restaurant.
For about fifteen minutes, the server came back and told us that our table are now available and clean. I gave my vending machine ticket to the server. She was about to walk away when I asked for a paper bib, she nodded. The server said that she will gave it to us along with our order, I thanked her before she walked away.
"Their ramen was so good, bro! Let's eat here more often!" I looked at the one who loudly spoke. I was sipping on the complimentary water when I almost choke as I saw Leomont eating in his own bowl just on the table in front of us! He and his friends' table was just across us! I was facing their side while Ruki's back was against them! Why didn't I notice them the moment we seated here? Damn it! Leomont probably saw me and just acted like he didn't know that we are here!
Did he planned it in purpose? Is he stalking us?! Oh my god. I'm sure that this isn't a coincidence at all!
When the order came, we took the paper bib from the lady server and put it on our lap. We thanked the server then we immediately picked up the chopsticks and pinched the cold noodles. I dipped it into the broth. I slightly leaned on the bowl so in case that the noodles will slip off my hold on the chopsticks, it will fall in the bowl and not on the table.
I winced when I felt the hotness of the noodles when I slurped it in the inside of my mouth.
"Damn, that's hot," I stopped and looked up who spoke on my side. My eyes widened when I saw Leomont standing in front of our table, smiling ears on ears. I startled and put down the chopsticks. I immediately wiped the side of my mouth. Gosh this is making me insane!
I looked at Ruki who was just eating merrily at her food. I glared at Leomont and shot my brow up to him.
"What? We're eating. You're disturbing us," I told him but he shrugged.
"I'll wait for you outside then. I'll take you home with your friend," my forehead creased. And got more confused with his actions.
Is he a r****t and just showing up himself to be a good guy?
Ruki on the other hand, also stopped mid-way of her noodles to her mouth when he heard what Leomont said.
"Are you kidding me? Do you think we don't know how to go home by ourselves? Huh?" I made the tone of my voice like are-you-stupid?
"I'm not a kidnapper nor a criminal. I just want to take the both of you home, safely," I noticed that he emphasized the last word, safely. "I don't have other bad intentions so I'll wait for the both of you outside," he then pointed at the exit.
I sarcastically laughed at him. "Should I be thankful with that? Oh my god, thank you so much!" I then rolled my eyes at him and pushed him a bit. "Shoo. My food is getting cold. Will you please just leave us alone?" I told him but he didn't answer any words at me.
Besides, he just walked outside the place. I sighed and just continued eating. But stopped again when I noticed how Ruki stared at me. It's a teasing look.
"What now? Faster! It's almost eleven o' clock!" I told her irritatedly as I ate the noodles quickly. She chuckled and shook her head.
"It's called love at first sight."
"What?!" I exclaimed but calmed myself because I might disturbed some people around us eating too.
Ruki laughed and shook her head again before she leaned closer to me and grinned. "I said, that is called love at first sight. Yie."
My eyes widened and I immediately sipped on my water. "That's not called love at first sight! Eww!"
