As he sits quietly alone in the corner of the room adjunct to the main lecture area, a sort of backstage to it, Rico is jolted back to reality by the squealing static noise coming from the mega-speakers just outside. He quickly opens his eyes and walks over to peer inside the large lecture area from behind a makeshift door. Still squinting, he starts to listen to the lecture outside.
