~"Fear" is a thing in the dark~ “Fear” is a thing in the dark- That is as shady as coal- And echos eerily in the night- It lasts forever-like the soul- A silenced dove- in the underlit- dies- Of dread of loving another- In the inky night, hears a cry- Never to be together- I’ve felt it in the dusk of day- And in the youngest age- Yet, ne’er, such a fate- It does trap thee in a cage. ~A Love Not Known: A Rondeau~ Since the day I first met you I had a feeling you liked me too It really wasn’t too hard to see And when you confessed to me My heart skipped beats in a row I still do not understand where to go A grown woman should not fall so... Easily; and it is clear to see This love is not known. Take a step back and let the moon glow Seeing you looking down at me laying below My heart skips a beat when you say you love me I love you and it is surely clear to see Hiding ourselves from everyone, we must flow; A love not known. ~Among the Broken~ sorrow has passed over us mistakes have been made we are all shattered pieces of glass will we ever be able to be put back together?  we are among the broken our hearts torn apart and splattered on the ground we shall never belong again  we are among the broken broken pieces of life broken pieces of time, consumed by pain breaking more as time goes nothing will ever be the same for we are among the broken our hearts have been tortured,  murdered,  and then cut to pieces, we won’t ever be one again we are among the broken   souls split  and spirit taken from us we try to find a place where we belong but we only find hate and fear will we always be alone? this is why we are among the broken broken pieces of what this world has become
