Chapter Three- The First Seduction

2904 Words
“Need help?” An unfamiliar voice spoke as Sofia turned to see Max in her doorway. He looked to her with a smirk as his body leaned against the frame of the door and his left leg was crossed over the other. His attire had changed from dark and emo to now basic yet still alluring to her as she could see his muscles proudly protruding from his dark blue t-shirt. He moved closer towards her without her having even spoken “yes” to him before taking the shelf from her hand. He began to place it near the bolts already attached to the wall before struggling to hook it into place.  “Can you hold it?” He asked as he waited for her to step near him to grab it before growing confused as to how to do what he asked. “Here…” He moved, almost agitated as he pulled her in front of him so that her back was against the wall. She stood just below the shelf itself and so she was forced to hold onto either side as he hovered over her, trying to lock it into place. This was done as she felt her breath hitch to him being so close. If he were to take a deep breath of his own, his chest would easily touch hers.  “Are you okay?” “Yeah!” She said quickly.  “You sure? You seem nervous…” “All good, just waiting for you to be done.” He smiled to himself, accepting the fact she wouldn’t just address her lust for him. “Almost there…” He spoke while biting his own bottom lip as she felt her eyes to fall on this very still nibble. His eyes fell to hers one final time before smirking a James Dean smile and making her heart race. For a moment, she froze as she could have sworn he would lean down and kiss her, instead he pushed himself against her just slightly to knock her into the wall and make her gasp sharply. “Sorry.” He spoke in such a way that showed he was anything but.  “Are you done?” He nodded. “What do you think?” He then commented before backing away to allow her time to admire his work. Before she could speak her thoughts, she turned to him to see that the space he occupied was now empty. She then looked back to the shelf and could immediately feel his body push against hers and for a moment, found herself fantasizing of the bed her eyes were now cast on.  “Is everything to your liking?” Mark spoke as Sofia turned with a smile. She stood before him now in more modest clothing, while still showing off her assets. It was the type of outfit that any woman in her right mind would not allow her husband to be around, but poor Norah was so naive that he own insecurities triumphed over the suspicion of her husband.  To draw attention to her chest, she began to play with one of the straps that tied her shirt together like a tennis shoe and rubbed it between her fingers. “It’s perfect.” She said as she watched his eyes attempt to catch a glimpse of her chest while being subtle. “Lunch will be ready in five minutes if you would like to join us.” “Thank you….Mark…” She said his name with great attention as he c****d his jaw to the side as if agreeing to this unspoken game of flirtation as he brought himself from her room and back into the hall, having to adjust and hide his rising boner. Sofia followed soon after him, having ended up in the dining room just seconds after he sat. The dining room loved over a large window now covered with curtains while the room was otherwise illuminated by a large gold chandelier hung over the table. Pictures in expensive frames had been placed throughout the house, most of them containing everyone but Max.  As she thought of him, he emerged in front of her, having payed close attention to his affect on her as she missed to grab the chair in front of her and smirking to himself. Mark had taken his seat at the head of the table while Norah was on one side and Olive was across from her. Sofia took her place beside Mason who was on the other side of Max, who had courageously taken the seat abreast his father.  “I hope you don’t mind seafood…” Mark spoke as he met with Sofia’s gaze intently. Just as this was spoken, a large group of people, dressed in pristine white culinary outfits made their way from the kitchen and to the dining room, each holding the meals for those sitting at the table. Sofia watched as a large plate filled with broiled lobster tails on quinoa and vegetables on the side. There was also a small yet beautiful crystal dish with melted butter within for dipping lobster. She was also offered a glass of champagne while the kids and Norah had been offered sparkling cider. With the children being as picky as they were, they were given macaroni and cheese, styled as if it was from a five-star restaurant as opposed to within a home. The same was done for Norah as she was unable to eat seafood due to her pregnancy.  “Tell us about yourself, Sofia…” Norah spoke as she began to bring a spoon of pea soup to her mouth before looking to Sofia for her answer.  “What would you like to know Mrs. Hillion?” “How about what your major is?” “Psychology.” “Really?” Max seemed to take great interest into this as he looked to her with a c****d brow while pulling the lobster tail apart to reach the meat inside.  She nodded. “I always loved how the mind works...how we have our own little tells on when someone is lying-” “How so?” Norah asked as she had been desperately trying to find out if Mark had been unfaithful, even if she would learn the truth, she would still not come to accept it.  “When someone’s eyes flicker away from yours as they try and account a detail or even when they try to hide something and the way their lips give them away.” “And what is it you want to do with this information? Be the next Sherlock Holmes?” Norah attempted to joke as nobody laughed, but Sofia gave her the acceptance of a humored smile.  “I would actually love to work with kids someday. Maybe with ones who experience trauma.” Everyone, excluding the kids, looked to Sofia with a great impression. Due to the way she carried herself, the way she dressed, and even talked, nobody really saw the kind heart Sofia had. Instead they saw her Scarlett Johansson s*x appeal and now her Mother Teresa heart.  Suddenly a knock came to the door as everyone looked to Max to answer it. Sofia had been looking in his direction anyway as she brought herself to fit in with the gazes focused on him for once.  “Let me.” He spoke sarcastically before removing himself from the table and to the door while he was out of the picture for a moment. This allowed Sofia the chance to breathe normally as she felt as if he had complete control over her respiratory system when he was near. She hated how he seemed to through a kink into her plans, but enjoyed the kinky thoughts she was having involving him. She found herself thinking of one of these very thoughts taking place upon the dining table before then hearing an annoying Valley girl voice echo through the house.  “Lulu!” Olive jumped up and ran to the older girl as she turned the corner, having obviously idolized the older girl as she acted very similar to her. The girl stood side by side with Max, having nearly towered him in a set of dangerously high heels decorated with leopard print. She wore a super short skirt that hid little to show the thong as she bent over to give a fake kiss to Norah who was less than pleased to see her in her home. A bright fluorescent pink top hidden beneath a black business jacket left whatever b-cup cleavage she tried to pass off as nearing a d-cup, with the help of a push-up bra.  “We HAVE to talk about my party!” Olive pulled Lulu towards her before Lulu sat on the seat directly next to Max.  “Maxy...can you take me to the mall later? I NEED to get a new outfit for interview this week.” “Of course.” He spoke, almost drained by her presence as he focused on the food in front of him.  “Maybe we can go...talk…” She spoke in such a way that made even the most innocent mind know that it meant something s****l. He seemed to perk up at this before looking to Sofia, almost as if asking permission. She moved her attention back to her lobster, amazed how this was no big deal for them as she valued every bite. She also felt grateful of Lulu’s presence as this allowed her to focus on the task at hand-seducing and ruining Mark. Her mind came to refocus on this as she used this as an excuse to not make things more complicated by including Max.  “If you’ll excuse me…” Sofia spoke as she retired to her room, having enjoyed the private sanctuary that was her own space. She moved to complete placing items on the shelf hung by Max before breaking down that last box. Her gaze then froze on the pool house that was in view of her window. A smirk fell over her lips as she thought of being able to spy on Max if needed, especially to arouse herself if needed for moments with Mark.  She spent the remainder of this day in her room, fixing her last details as she would begin her first official day of work that next morning. But this was the night that she had to perfect in order to show Mark that she was his type. She knew she had to play the role just right or he could see right through her and even bring harm to her if his anger grew the best of him. But she spent months preparing with Kyla, knowing his every thought, learning more about him than he probably knew about himself.  While dressed in a pair of silky pajamas that showed her pierced belly button, deep cleavage, and a part of her buttcheeks that hung perfectly seductive beneath the red satin, she moved to his office. Knowing he worked late in the evening to gain quiet to grade papers, do research of his own, and even hook up with those he committed acts that would forever deem him a cheater, Sofia waited for him to momentarily leave the room to appear as if they would run into each other by accident. She waited as he moved towards the kitchen and made her way inside the room, moving directly onto the tips of her toes to show off her butt cleavage and trying to reach a book on the top shelf. Unsure how long he would be before returning, she focused on attempting to reach before hearing his steps stop abruptly behind her. She smiled to herself as she heard his voice squeal in surprise and restraint. She turned quickly while channeling her best oscar-worthy performance while speaking.  “I am so sorry, I didn’t know you were in here…” “No...it’s...it’s fine...do you need something?” She nodded. “I’m sorry, I caught a glimpse of your books when you gave me the tour and have been dying to read some of them.” “My library is always open to you...which one were you wanting to look at?” He asked while moving beside her, his heart race increasing as he could smell the sweet scent of her vanilla perfume that she had seemed to bathe in. He stood with a slight reach before retrieving the book she requested which had been “War and Peace” by Tolstoy. He set his hand upon her wrist before making her gaze fall to him. “I would suggest something else…” “What is your suggestion?” She thought at first he would make his first move on her and so she prepared herself for the feeling of being kissed, but instead found him to reach for a book written in gold letters over the front of a seemingly boring book.  “Lolita?” She raised her brows.  He nodded. “Vladimir Nabokov…” She repeated the author’s name while she traced it with her fingers. “Why this one?” “War and Peace can get a bit stale...this one is very...different. It’s the relationship forbidden by society…” “And you think I’d like this?” He seemed to grow nervous by her before she decided to kick it up a notch and conveniently drop the book directly in front of her long and smooth legs covered by only the air God had given them. With the immediate loud bang on the floor, he reached down to get it and fought the ever growing temptation to reach to her legs and even place himself between them. His mind thought of all the ways he could have her; against the bookcase, on the desk, against the door, even in the office chair-but he didn’t want a repeat of last time, of his indiscretions with Kyla, and so he restrained himself with great skill. He clenched his teeth hard as he handed her the book.  “I hope you enjoy the story, I have to finish this work tonight.” “Of course.” She felt slightly disappointed that he hadn’t made a move but also relieved due to the fact that she wanted his lips to be Max’s. As she moved back to her room with the book in her hand, she grew unaware of the eyes following her as she passed by his pool house window. With the perfect angle, he was able to see her tempting figure grace his vision as she moved slowly throughout the house, embracing her sexualiy and how great the silk felt against her already soft skin.  She then moved to the confines of her own room and placed the book upon her nightstand, slightly excited with the contents within as she planned to read it and discuss it with Mark. As she went to pull the pages to read it, she could hear something from below her window and thought for a moment that perhaps it was Max, unable to resist her a moment longer and climbing her window in a Romeo and Juliet type fashion. Instead, she saw a lover’s quarrel beneath her gaze to have befallen between Lulu and Max. He had been dressed in only his boxers and she held a shirt covering her bra as she was left in her own undergarments. Due to the incredible desire to hear the reason for the argument, Sofia pulled open her window quietly to hear the moment below.  “I can’t believe you!” She scolded him before moving towards him and pushing onto his chest hard enough to make him shift. “I have given you everything you need...I even waited for you and you don’t even want me?! How can you not want ME?!” “We can talk about this later-” “No! We can’t! I am tired of you doing this to me. We’re done, Maxy. For real this time!” She yelled while moving violently from him as he laughed it off as he had experienced this a million times before with her. Except this time, he had an audience. His gaze fell to Sofia’s as hers was set onto him. For a moment, it was almost as if time stopped before he smirked to her, feeling as though she was falling directly into his trap. It was dangerous how she felt about him as it risked everything she was trying to ignore. It risked her reason for being there to begin with. But she felt each second in his presence to be one hard to fight...but she knew she had to try. At least harder than she had been. She found herself satisfied with just how easy it was to get Mark to eat out of the palm of her hand, but found herself nibbling on what Max had to offer, in such a way that was almost consuming her.
