Chapter 6 - Last Week Of School

Penelope’s POV

It’s already been two weeks since Liam and I started seeing each other. Exams we’re finally done and over with. Everyone that I cared for had passed all of them, including myself. It had been extremely hard to have any physical contact with each other at school, home and any public places we might be going. Didn’t stop us from sending each other very naughty messages when we we’re with our friends. The faces we would make was well worth it. We still wanted to keep our relationship a secret. I do think we’ll need to be more careful. Last Friday we all ended up at a house party at one of the Senior’s house. Everyone was wasted while Liam and I barely drank. While everyone was busy playing drinking games, chatting with each other or puking in the bushes, Liam and I decided to go in the bathroom together and have some fun. Liam sat me on the counter and we started making out. My hand made it’s way to the growing b*lge in his pants. While I kept on rubbing his front, he started kissing my neck, ravishly. I was going to c*m before we even had s*x. Before I knew it I was unzipping is jeans and pulling his boxers down. He was lifting my skirt and pulling my underwear down. Liam spread my legs and placed his d**k by my entrance. I leaned into him when he started teasing me by rubbing his tip against my cl*t and my v*gina.

“AHHHH! Please Liam, stop teasing. Put it in!” I whispered in his ear. He giggle onto my shoulder.

“Your going to have to beg for it babe. I want to hear you say how much you want it.”

I leaned back against the counter and let him f*ck me for a few minutes. I could feel my walls tightening on him. After a few more thrusting we finally reached our end. We quickly cleaned ourselves and made our way out. When we got out we both bumped into Carter. Sh*t, that’s not good.

“Is something going on here?” Carter asked with an attitude. Clearly he was drunk. Liam and I both looked at each other and turned our gaze back at Carter.

“No!” we both replied. “…he brought me a tampon.” Both of them looking at me with a raised eyebrow. “It was in his vehicle and he’s the only one with a key. Plus Haley wasn’t answering her phone.” Carter looked at both of us. Liam had a fake smile going on like he had just been caught. And just like that Carter believe us.

“Uh f*ck! I didn’t need to know that.” He shook his head.

“Unfortunately for you, you asked for it.” I quickly added. I grabbed Liam’s shirt and pulled him to follow me. After walking out of Carter’s sight we let out a sigh.

“Really? Tampon?” Liam leaned against the doorway looking down at me.

“I didn’t know what else to say. Next time you come up with a cover up.We almost got caught and from Carter of all people."

It was now Monday morning, it was officially the last week of school before our Summer Holidays. I couldn’t wait to be off school and spending some time with Liam. And not having to worry about being caught by anyone. I got up around 7:15, took a shower, got ready and made my way downstairs to have breakfast with mom and Spencer. When I got down Liam and Haley we’re already there. When the weather outside is beautiful we usually walk to school together.

“Morning peeps.” I greeted all of them. Sat at the table and poor myself some cereal and milk in a bowl. They all took turns greeting me. “How long have you guys been here?”

“Only about 5 minutes…” Liam started but then got caugh off by his sister. “…we’re waiting for you then we got to go.” She added while looking at me with her big eye and motioning to be to go faster.

“God Hales! Don’t get your panties in a knot. Im done anyways.” I got up put my bowl in the sink. I walked to the door and put my shoes on and open the door. “Now look who’s not ready and out the door!” Haley rolled her eyes at me and the boys started laughing.

Tonight was the last recital for our end of the year Glee Concert that was happening Friday afternoon in the gymnasium. The boys we’re also having their last football practice of the season. We made our way towards the school and got in from the Football field entrance. My locker and Haley’s are right beside each other and same for Liam’s and Spencer which is on the opposite wall of and on the left from us. We put our things in our lockers and I’m the only one who grabs a book and closes my locker.

“Why are you bringing your book to class, Penny?” Spencer pointed out to me.

“I have English with Mr Haze….” I rolled my eyes. “ So unfortunately for me, it means school is not over until the last day.” I added

“I feel for you. I had him last semester. Guy is a goon. I better run though. I have Mrs “Go to the Principle’s office”” Haley rolled her eyes and waved at us." We all laugh at her comment. We have some very interested teachers in this school.

“Ill go to. I got to help Mr Mill in Mechanic this morning.” Spencer turned on heel but not before waving at us.

“Can I walk you to you class?” Liam asked me. I looked at him and smiled.

“Absolutely!” and we started walking. “Which class are you heading to?” I asked him.

“I don’t have class right now.” I looked at him with a raised eyebrow. “To be honest I just wanted to walk you to school this morning.” He’s just too sweet. I gave him a little slap on the shoulder. And he rubbed it. “Ouch!”

“1 – that’s is very sweet of you. 2- You could have slept in this morning. 3- Don’t be a baby and 4 - …”I lean in a bit closer to him “…I just want to kiss you right now.” A smirked appeared on Liam and he winked.

“All good! I’m going to go at the school gym for a bit.” We got to my class and we said bye. I entered the class and sat down.

Liam’s POV

We had just finished with our football practice and Spencer and I we’re extremely soar. Coach made us do all kinds of drills. He thinks by making our last practices hard we wont be out of practice when we come back in September. Of all days to walk to school, we picked practice day. Spencer and I made our way to the bleachers and decided to lay down on the bench. I was beat. We just laid there waiting for the girls to come out of Glee Club. Like us this was also their last practice but they had one last show to perform before the end of the school year. They do it every year in front of the school. The girls don’t know it but it’s actually really fun to watch them. They both have really nice voices but Nelly has always stolen the spotlight. After a good 15 minutes the girls finally showed up.

“About time! I was about to pass out on this bench.”

“Quite being a d*mn baby Liam” Hales quickly said. I got up and started running towards us and making her run. Not before I stopped in front of Nelly and said “Hi” to her. She giggle and slap my arm and I starred at her and she knew she was the one in trouble now.

“Ohhh! Hales is saved now but Nelly you better run…” I started running after her and she started giggling. I grabbed her arm and turned her around. She crashed into my chest and my hands landed on her hips. We started laughing and then we came back to reality. We turned around and Spencer was now standing on the bleachers staring at us. We took our hands off each other.

“Guys need a room or something?” I shot daggers at him. Nelly was now completely red and I could see how embarrass she was. Spencer and Haley made their way to us. When Spencer got beside me I shook my head at him. He noticed my movement and started laughing at me and we started walking home.

“Practice was intense today. Glad it’s done for 2 months. How was Glee Club?” Spencer asked the girl.

“Today was so much fun. We finalized the movements and rehearsed our songs.” Haley looked at Spencer. Penelope agreed with Haley.

“Let me guess…Nelly has a solo again this year?” I looked at her.

“Duh! Who else would get it?...” my sister started. “…certainly not me, Megan or Kyle…” she started laughing she thought it was funny apparently. I looked at my sister and shook my head.

“So we all know why Nelly is in Glee but why you Hales?” Haley looked directly at Nelly and rolled her eyes.

“Its all her fault…”she started. “It’s not my fault you suck at bets.” Added Nelly.

“Ouh!!!” both Spencer and I replied.

“What was the bet?” Spencer asked the girls. Haley put her hand in the air like she didn’t want to answer. Nelly looked at Spencer and told us everything. It was pure genius on her part and absolutely funny.

“When we first started high school I found out about Glee Club and because I love singing I wanted to join. But the one problem I had was that I was to shy to join by myself so I asked Haley. You both know how she is…” we both shook our heads and Haley was once again rolling her eyes at us. “…the girl is just too d*mn stubborn. Anyways one day during break at school I told her that she had to jump in the school pool naked…” both Spencer and I we’re confused.

“Didn’t she win the bet?” I asked Nelly with a confused look on my face. She started giggling.

“No she didn’t…” she started.

“But there we’re rumors of someone jumping in the school pool naked.” Spencer added. And again Nelly started giggling. My eyes grew big and I started laughing.

“What?! You we’re the f*cken one that jumped?” with a surprised look on my face. Now she was full on laughing.

“When I saw Haley wasn’t going to do it I double the bet. If I did it she would never be able to quit.” She had a proud look on her face. Now we’re all laughing except Hales. She throwing daggers at Penelope with her eyes. It made us laugh so hard that it made us cry. D*mn my girl is bad.

The week went by so quick. It was now Friday afternoon and everyone was in the gymnasium waiting for the Glee Club to go on and performance. Our Glee Club always knew how to keep us entertain. The students had a very positive outcome when they would brainstorm for new songs to perform. During the school year they would go for more older songs but in June they would pick songs that we’re popular during our school year.

Slowly they all came on stage. They we’re all wearing blue jeans and a white shirt. I saw Penelope walking in front. She was leading the group. In our speakers we started hearing wind, electricity and sirens. I knew right away it was none other then Nelly’s favorite song – Bring me to life by Evanescence. The pianist started playing and she just started singing.

“How can you see into my eye like open doors. Leading you down into my core. Where I become so numb….” I kept my gaze on her the entire time. When the song was over everyone cheered for her. She backed up to join the rest of the group and just then they joined in together to sing – Where is the love by The Black eyed peas. After the song was done Nelly made her way back to the front with Hailey and their other friend. I think her name is Megan. I recognized that song quickly too. Hailey and Penelope listens to it constantly. Nelly started singing The game of love by Michelle Branch and she made eye contact with me and wink and started walking around the stage towards the other girls where they started singing together. The girls knew how to put on a show. Everyone was having fun and we’re clapping at the beat of the music. Once again Nelly made her way to the front and started clapping her hands together and sang.

“Just takes a little bit of this a little bit of that . It started with a kiss…” We all got up and enjoyed the rest of the song.

“We will like to thank you all for coming today and we can’t wait to go back to Glee Club in September. Be safe and have AN AMAZING SUMMER” Nelly was now yelling into the microphone. And just like that school was done for the summer and that means I would be spending more time with her.
