chapter 9

*** Mikey's pov ***

I'm checking myself in the mirror just finished getting ready for my date with Blue, i run my hand through my hair brushing it to the side, i give myself the once over iv got my ankle length fitted black slacks on with a black shirt and my gucci loafers. I'm both excited and nervous for this date, Alex told me abit about blue, she owns a hotel which really impressed me, he mentioned her past with her ex and to say the boy is a waste of space is an understatement. Tonight il show her how she should be treated i want his loss to be my gain. When i first saw blue i told myself she was mine, very caveman of me i know, but when i think about her i just get this primal feeling to protect her, love her, make her smile, all of it. it's nuts!

I'm leaning on my car flicking through my i********: when I hear someone with a beautiful laugh, the only way to explain it is it's one of them laughs that you can't help but laugh with. I look up from my phone and holy mother of Jesus! my d**k twitched in my pants and i nearly drop my phone! I was not prepared for this. i mean the she is hot and naturally beautiful but I'm speechless... she would put any model to shame and i feel like the luckiest man in the world right now, i want to throw her over my shoulder, take her to bed and just spend hours worshipping her.

we pull up at my friend's place, after making light conversation on the way, theres no awkwardness between us and its nice. I was surprised to find out we have the exact same car, the car is a beast and the thought of her behind the wheel made my d**k so uncomfortably hard. I need to think of something gross like Alex's feet or something! I get out the car try and adjust myself so it's not obvious I'm being a complete pervert and ruin this date! as i get to her side, she's already out standing waiting for me, i take her hand in mine and lean down next to her ear, "Can we make a deal? you wait for me to open your door please?"

"And why would i do that? I'm perfectly capable of opening and closing a door?"

"Because sweetheart I'm a chivalrous man, you don't need to open and close your door when you have a man willing and wanting to." she looks away with a slight blush. Looking so innocent i want to wrap my arm around her and tuck her into me, and that's exactly what i do, i just have the need to touch her or to hold her and keep her close to me, im gonna come across like a stage10 clinger soon I know it!

I hand my keys to the valet and we make our way into the restaurant where we're met with a hostess.

" Hi welcome to rossi's, can i take a name?"

" Scott?"

" yep got you right here, il show you to your table, your waitress tonight will be Jennifer please let her know any requirements you have." the hostess leads us through the restaurant to a private table right at the back.

"And here we are. I hope you two have a lovely evening." Were next a big bay window with a view of the sea, the setting was peaceful and calm, dimmed lights and candles flickering in mason jars on the tables. Blue went to pull her chair out to sit down so i cleared my throat quite loud, she just looked at me with a slight smirk and rolled her eyes, good girl she's learning.

"what do you think so far blue? if you don't feel comfortable we can find somewhere else? I want you to enjoy this evening."

"No your fine its lovely here, I'm sure the food will be great. im enjoying myself honestly if i wasn't i would say, but it's been nice so far.." I had to ask because if she didn't like it i would take her elsewhere and make sure she had a good time. I was about to answer her but was interrupted by a really whiny annoying voice, i looked up to see who I'm guessing is our waitress, she was standing right next me with her boob slightly brushing against my shoulder and what i 'think' was a seductive look? she looks like she's high?

"hi my names Jennifer but you can just call me jen, il be your waitress can i get you something to drink first?" I had to move over slightly because she's just getting to close, i look over to blue her big blue eyes now in slits and no emotion on her face, see i would of just ignored this waitress any other day but she's upsetting my girl, so i quickly order us a bottle of champagne just so she f**ks off.

"I'm sorry blue are you ok? il get the manager and change our waitress, or we can go, would you rather go?" a little smile appears on that face and relaxes me slightly.

"Mikey, chill out it's fine, we can order some food, relax, and eat. please stop worrying, I'd like to keep our waitress though." she's got a little twinkle in her eyes, Alex warned me about Blue's evil streak. I dont quite believe it because she looks like an angel, along with the shyness and blushing. I can't see it?

"Hi, sorry I took so long handsome, here's your champagne, are you ready to order? maybe i could be your starter and main course tonight?" Is this girl for real right now? she's back to boob rubbing, acting as if blue's not even sitting there, which to her credit she ain't smacked this girl in mouth, i don't hit women but this waitress is bringing me f*****g close Im about to lose my s**t, as i go to stand up blue coughs really loudly to get her attention, jennifer just turns and glares at her with a fake smile and says "yes may help you?"

"Yeah, you can 'just call me jen'." My angel says quite sarcastically with a little head wobble, i have bite the inside of my cheek because i really want to laugh. I love this girls wit. "You can take your skanky trampy flat a*se back to the corner of the side walk where I'm sure is where you deal with business? I will count to 3, and if your not gone from this table by then, and get us another waitress, il knock your teeth so far down your throat you'll have to stick a tooth brush up your a*se to brush them!" Im done! the laugh that breaks out of me throws me back in the chair. I f*****g love this girl! Jennifer looked like she wanted the floor to swallow her up, turning quickly and walking off. I got up and walked round to blue, i slid my hands softly round each side of neck, lifting her head back with my thumbs and gently placing a kiss on her lips, watching her close her eyes. I slowly let go and watch her open her eyes, i could get lost in them shes looking into mine with an almost dazed look . "That was the most funniest yet sexiest thing I've ever seen. you put her in place and im so happy you did." she blinks a few times and looks at me with a soft happy smile, i can see myself falling for this woman, and falling for her hard.

The evening ended up being one of my best yet, i haven't laughed or enjoyed a woman's company like this in years, i love her smart mouth and quirkiness. we spoke about our family and kids, her mum sounds like a hoot! i can see where she might get it from. I told her about my ex clara, and Jordan my little boy, and the circumstances surrounding him, but until i can prove she's an unfit mother i have to wait it out. pisses me off because it's only my son that suffering and she knows full well he'd have a better life with me, i just hope he knows his dad loves him and that i am doing what i can to get custody of him.
