Elizabeth
Elizabeth crouched in the brush of the forest, her delicately pointed ears picking up the slightest movement. She scanned the forest in front of her and focused on the doe, notching an arrow she drew back her bow and inhaled. She let the arrow fly.
Bullseye!
She strode over to the doe, her footfalls light. The creature was hit in the chest, but still breathing. Elizabeth knelt before the doe and drew her dagger.
“Thank you for your sacrifice, may your spirit be free and find its home in the afterworld,”.
On the final word of her prayer, she plunged the dagger into the creatures throat, ending its life.

Marcella scowled as she watched her daughter walk through the manor archway, a doe across her shoulders. Her beautiful daughter should not be hunting, but that was always Elizabeth’s way.
When other young girls were training to be good ladies and wives Elizabeth was more interested in fighting and hunting. She was far too beautiful to be coated in dirt and blood.
Elizabeth was easily 5’9” her curves were ample, just like her mothers, her skin was a beautiful porcelain with a smattering of freckles all over her body. Her hair was a deep chestnut brown and fell just below her ribs. More often than not, It would be tied back in a braid. Her eyes she shared with her late father, Marcella still struggled to meet the golden brown stare of her daughter without thinking of him.
Marcella caught her daughters eye and spoke in a disappointed tone.
“And why pray tell were you out hunting when you know what we’re doing today?”
Elizabeth rolled her eyes and handed the doe over to one of the servants.
“I thought I should find the meat myself, as I know how important tonight is for you mother,”
Marcella frowned.
“You mean important for us! For this family!”
Elizabeth sighed. She understood exactly what her roll was tonight. Tonight was the night she would finally meet her betrothed. The man she had been engaged to for her entire life.
“Just make sure you’re dressed appropriately for the crown prince of Eldivor,”
