Melody lay on her back on the stage, not quite ready to move after the workout she just had, her arm thrown over her eyes to shield them from the lights above her. Someone sat on the ground next to her. She recognized the scent of James’ cologne and felt his hand on her calf, and grinned. “Oh, Marcus. You should hurry and get out of here before my husband shows up.” She heard James laugh, then moved her arm and sat up, noticing that none of the other dancers had moved yet, either.
