Forced to get married to someone she doesn't love, know and even care about and to make it all worse, rumour has it that he is ruthless to the core and was given a nickname *The devil*All her father cares about is power, riches , royalty, reputation and so on but doesn't really care about what she feels. He sees relationships  as business opportunities for him. Seraphina doesn't get to express herself even though she is of age.She  has pleaded to her father but to no avail, she was doomed to marry the so-called Lucien cross who her father claimed is the right person for her.She has read a lot of stories about true love and hoped to find it one day.
