Chapter 3That afternoon Leah breathed in the essence of the tropical plants and flowers as she approached the lush canopy framing the Falls. She found her friends already enjoying the cool water gushing over the cliff. The heat made her slip quickly out of her clothes and dive in. The girls ducked in and out from under the falling waters until they were tired. Later they climbed the bank and spread their brightly colored blankets on the ground to rest.
