Prologue
Author's note
❦ This book is my previous book "Wanna play with fire" rewritten. Many things have changed, such as the title, names, etc... I decided not to delete the chapters that I haven't re-written, so I'm gonna just leave them here and change them when I have them done. Also, I've had some problems with Dreame, which is why I haven't published anything in such a long time, but I think I've solved them now, I hope so at least.
❦ This book contains of violence, abuse, s*x, drugs, guns, mature language, rape... So read at your own risk, it's rated as mature anyways. For mature audience only!!!
❦ I don't care about the age gap, I like older guys, but if you don't, just don't read.
❦ All rights reserved, so don't f*****g steal my ideas, sit down and write your own.
❦ I'm all in for productive criticism, so don't hesitate! Key word; PRODUCTIVE! Don't come here like "Your book sucks" tell me in a nice way why my book sucks and how I could make it better.
❦ Main language of the book is Spanish, cause everything takes place in Barcelona, but obviously the book will be in English (but yeah, it will be in english, but most of the time imagine it's in Spanish... idk if that makes sense lol).
❦ Spanish, Italian, Greek and Russian will be spoken in the book too, but since I don't speak 2 of those languages, feel free to correct any mistakes. Also, even though I speak English well enough, it isn't my first language, so please correct any mistakes with that too.
❦ By no means am I romanticizing the mafia or any unacceptable behavior in general, I'm simply writing a story that contains of it, but I'm not promoting any of those things. It's a story!
❦ It's a fictional story! None of the characters, events, conversations or anything else is real. Any similarity with real life stuff is purely coincidental.

A stolen innocence.
That's probably the most decent way to describe her life.
The trauma from her childhood had left her with nightmares, fear and paranoia, and she couldn't even remember why.
But at least she wasn't alone... She had her siblings and her best friends, but this seemed to be enough for her.
All that until she became a sick obsession of a monster from her past... A monster from her past -actually not even her own past- that came back to haunt her. And he would stop at nothing...
But that's how she also met him... The man who would change everything, and show her a completely different world. The man, who would help a girl full of fear, trauma and insecurities become a strong and independent young woman, capable to defend herself and follow her dreams, without anything getting in her way...
Her own god...

At the age of four, she lost both of her parents in a robbery.
At the age of seven, she lost her grandmother, her last living relative, other than her brother and sister, to a heart attack.
At the age of eight, she and her siblings moved in the first and the less disfunctional of many foster families that were to follow.
Almost nine years and five foster families later, her life seems to finally be normal. She is a cheerleader in her school, one of the popular kids, and she had just spent a great summer with her siblings and her best friend's family. All she has to worry about is some typical teenage drama.
But this is about to change...
Soon, the nightmares from her trauma will come in flesh and bone to haunt her.
But she's not alone...
