EPILOGUE
There was a time when the earth was filled with numerous mythical creatures. Some of them were lucky enough to be remembered as myths and legends, while some died out long before then. But we begin our story a little earlier than that. When the Ahovin empire was still the most powerful and prosperous empire on earth. They enjoyed such bounties because they possessed the most majestic of all the mythical creatures; the dragons. They were mighty creatures that ruled the sky and seas. The humans ruled the lands. Humans who possessed special gifts have always been revered, and over time, they formed what became the royal class. Of these special humans, the most revered were the Arvins. They were a clan of humans who were gifted with being able to communicate with the dragons telepathically. Naturally, this made them the leaders of the humans of the Ahovin empire; the most powerful empire in the world at the time. Over time, the dragons began to recognize the Arvin kings as the true rulers of Ahovin. They had begun to develop abilities that could rival the dragons. The dragons remained neutral parties throughout the empire and did not involve themselves in disputes that concerned humans. However, they were fully involved in battles against other kingdoms outside the empire. Ahovin grew steadily, threatening to conquer the world. There was no power greater than the power of the dragons. Until the first mega dragon appeared. It made a c***k in the sky that never healed. A hole in reality that only continued to seep deeper into the earth, devouring its essence as it bore deeper. This mega dragon was much stronger and larger than any dragon they had ever seen. It was a dragon on par with the dragon king. But that was one mega dragon. And then Ahovin looked a lot smaller than it used to. A threat much bigger had shown up and even the mighty Ahovin empire was falling apart. These mega dragons sought something; dominion. The dominion that Ahovin enjoyed and more. Everything and everyone was to be under its rule. Even the dragons. Ahovin refused to cave into the mega dragon’s immense pressure. It was their chance to show the world why they were revered as the mightiest empire. It didn't take long before they found a way of dealing with the mega dragons. A substance later to be called Tygon was capable of piercing the once thought-to-be impenetrable skin of the mega dragons. The momentum changed swiftly and Ahovin was winning the way against their invaders. Until the rest of the army came. It was an army of mega dragons with a queen much bigger and stronger than the first they had encountered. Under the command of their queen, the mega dragons matched across the earth, conquering every land they stepped on. The first mega dragon was no conqueror, only a foot soldier and the world would bow to the mega dragon queen. Ahovin stood against this menacing army in what was supposed to be the last stand, but they fell. Just as every kingdom and empire that faced them fell. After Ahovin fell, the rest of the world offered little resistance and was quickly subdued by the mega dragons. Ahovin which once housed the most powerful creatures and humans was now home to the most powerful creatures of all; the mega dragons. Those who refused to submit were hunted down. The Arvins; a once powerful clan, scattered themselves across the earth in a bid to escape the wrath of the mega dragons. Naturally, they were the next targets after the dragons. If left unchecked, they had the power to rival the mega dragons. Humans were and always have been a growing breed. They could survive in the harshest of conditions and develop in unimaginable ways. Ahovin might have been lost, but the people of the Ahovin empire lived on. They survived, lived in humiliation and suffering, waiting and planning their return. When they would take back their world from the mega dragons. But can they stand against the menacing force?
