I was so mad after everyone left the office that I couldn’t take it anymore and left the office and went outside and shifted into Skoll. He took off running into the forest and didn’t slow down. He was running his anger out. He wanted our mate, but she refused to let us help her. He didn’t understand why she wouldn’t let us, but I did. We had failed her twice already, and it almost killed her both times. I wouldn’t fail her again. I would do everything in my power to protect her and our boys.
