Dax’s POV
Axel had just hung up with Cat and to say that she was pissed is an understatement, but we will stand by our decision. She will forgive us eventually. We made it to where we are camping and got everything set up and now just waiting some time and then we will get set up.
“Ax man, want some lunch?” I asked him.
“No, I am good. Do you think that Cat will forgive us?”
“Are you having second thoughts about what we did? I mean, it was your idea in the first place.”
“No, but I do feel a little guilty.”
“I know me too, but she will forgive us. We did it for her. When we get back, we just have to make her see that.”
“What did you do to her?” Alexa shouted behind us. I knew she was on to us when we left, but hadn’t said anything.
“We, um, well, we left her at the pack house.” Axel
