CHAPTER SIX Tina arrived at the estate agency early in the morning. Magdalena and her cleaners were just leaving so she was relieved not to have to punch in the alarm code as her nail extensions had caused her to set off the alarm on more than one occasion. She was early because she couldn’t sleep. Her usually impervious conscience was bothering her. She liked Audrey; there was something good about the older woman that had cut through to Tina’s heart, and she didn’t feel happy leaving her alone in a house that had such an awful history. She headed for her desk and to her surprise saw two keys she recognised attached to the agency’s identification tag.
