Beatrix and Remy smiled when Daxon and I sat down at the table.
Well that was promising.
“You guys look great,” Beatrix commented. “Very relaxed and happy.”
“It was an amazing month,” I giggled. “We went everywhere and we ate all this amazing food and saw all these beautiful sights. It was everything I wanted.”
“That’s good, Rox,” Remy said sincerely. “And Daxon we were so sorry to hear about all the mess with your company. I hope it resolves soon.”
“Thanks, Remy, I really appreciate it.” Daxon smiled. “It will be resolved soon and the beautiful Mrs. Vaughn is going to help me with that.”
“That’s Levy-Vaughn to you.” I smiled.
“You um…you changed your name legally, Rox?” Remy questioned.
“Yep. It’s all official.”
