Daxon Lazlo wanted to start on treatment right away. One thing the doctor thought would help him was a group therapy session. “So is this your whole family?” Dr. Powell asked as she smiled at all of us. “No,” Clarissa answered. “Lazlo’s other sister, Selene, isn’t present.” “Is there a way to get her here?” “If she’s here, I won’t be.” Roxanne stated. “Is there…tension between you and Selene, Roxanne?” “Tension? No. Absolute hate that will span for a thousand years? Yes.” “And why is that?” Dr. Powell asked. She was met with silence. “Um, let’s just say that the sibling rivalry runs deep in this family,” I stated. “Lazlo, how do you feel about Selene?” “I hate her,” Lazlo blurted out. “I hate her so much and I hope she has a horrible life.” “Lazlo,” Clarissa said softly.
