The Beginning
As Sebrina waked, she kept her eyes closed. She didn't want to get up, but the sun coming in from the window peaked its way threw to her; touching her face and warming in. Sebrina opened her eyes slowly, looking up at her perfectly white ceiling; she thought about what she was going to do for her day. She knew that it would be busy, which dreaded the feeling of not wanting to get up even more. Sebrina closes her eyes again and turn onto her side in her small and uncomfortable, stiff, mattress. Reaching out and grabbing a small handy-down, brown blanket and pulled it over her head; allowing her feet to poke out of the blanket due to her being to big since three years ago.
Sebrina closed her eyes as the rooster from outside in the coop crowed with aging. With that being said and done she threw the blanket off of her and sat up straight in her bed. Sebrina's brown hair was messy enough for a flock of birds to make a home; they could even rent out their house with how much hair she had. Her brown eyes had a look of death to them, her skin; pale as she could get with a sunburn on her neck. Sebrina lives on a farm with her family in 1939 of September 1st; she is the only child of her family. Her mother works in the town markets with her father who runs the market place.
As Sebrina walks to the only bathroom and looks in the mirror, she grabs the brush and starts pulling it threw her hair; after minutes her hair was wavy and sat at her knees with elegance. Grabbing her only hair band she braids her hair and ties it down. Then walks to her room, grabbing her dress that is tan at the top, down to a V-shaped tie in the middle of the dress, as it florals out the color changes to a dark blue; she slides it on and walks down the stairs of the small house.
Sebrina walks out the front door without another thought. The rooster starts to crow again, but this time the hens come flying out of the coop; running threw the mud and grass, feathers flying in every direction. Sebrina laughs as she watches the hens rustle around, then walks to the coop grabbing the wooden bucket to feed the chickens. As she reaches into the bucket to grab out chicken feed, she is shocked to find out the bucket is empty. In frustration she takes off her brown shoes to prevent them getting covered in mud, then she walks into the chicken coop and the mud slides between her toes, making her stomach turn at the thought that it might not be mud. Walking threw the coop to the enclosed courters, as she walks in she hears rustling in the corner. With no light, she was unable to see, yet she didn't hear it anymore. Reaching down to grab the sack of chicken feed, she stops before she touches it. The sight of the red splattered across the bag out fear in her eyes. Then the rustling turned to low growls from the corner and Sebrina looked from the bag to the ground in front of her; the second her eyes set on it she jumped back. The dirt had been scratched away by claw marks and blood. Looking to the corner of her eyes to could see the walls of the coop also were covered with blood. The growls get louder, but Sebrina is frozen where she stands.
As Sebrina takes a step back, she sees giant paws come into the light from the coop. She freezes thinking that if she doesn't move then the beast won't see her, then thought if that was the drastic aged animals. As its large snout and teeth came into view, Sebrina could hear her heart thud as she watched its drool drip from its mouth. She thought 'This is my chance, Run!', but she couldn't move no longer how much she tried. Then the beast came a step closer, it was a black wolf, growling at her with blood dripping from its paws. She held her breath, the beast snapped its jaw while looking in her direction. Making her step back again in fear and her heart to jump. The wolf growls louder and gets angrier, then without hesitation it jumps at her.
Sebrina steps back and turns to run, but her feet are stuck in the mud causing her to fall into the mud and the wolf to land on her back. Growling and snapping its jaw in determination it rips into her shoulder, she gasps for air and reaches out to the branch meant for the chickens to roost on, but the wolf puts more pressure on her shoulder and she screams in pain. As the blood trickles softly down her body the wolf doesn't let go for a single minute, instead he grips her shoulder with its teeth tighter and her shoulder snaps.
The rain starts to hit the ground, making more mud; hitting her body, washing the blood away as it comes from her shoulder faster and faster. Sebrina screams out for help, even though she knows her parents are in the market areas. The wolf lets go for a second as one of the hens walk into the coop. The Wolf looks at it as it raises its head from her body. Sebrina takes the moment she has to slide from under the wolves paws, and the wolf darts off towards the hen to take its life. As Sebrina runs to go to the end of the coop as far from the beast as possible she looks over her shoulder to see the wolf running to its new pray. She knew if it was to even in the slightest bite the hen then it would loose its life, so she changed direction to the wolf. Following shortly behind it, with her shoulder in her hand as the blood keeps dripping; she jumps on top of the ferocious beast, putting her arms out from her body. As her body crashes into the wolfs the hen flees for dear life and Sebrina holds onto the wolfs fur on its stomach as it tries to reach its back to bite her.
Kicking its back legs into the air hopping to push her off, Sebrina pushes away from the wolf landing faced away from it, on her back, as she looks up she sees the wolf over her try to get its balance; she reaches up with her only functional arm, grabbing its fur and yanking it closer to her, as the wolf came down on top her, she puts her knee up and it hits the wolfs jaw. Sebrina quickly pushed the wolf off of her as it shakes its head from the ringer. She stands to her feet, holding her shoulder she runs to the exit of the coop. But her foot gets stuck in the mud and she falls against the metal wired fence. The wolf stands in front of her in spite of the jaw breaking knee she threw it stood with no marks or physical damage. Growling in a more aggressive tone then before, it walked closer as the rain started to hit harder. She yelled out for it to stop, but instead it bolted to her and lightning hit them both at the exact same time, in the exact same spot as the wolf ran into her.
