Heaven's fall

 The enemy is lurking behind Juno, tracing the easily-knock positions from his axis. Contrarywise, Juno could not laying his own attention at all times to the enemy due to constant threat coming up from its side. He has to parry each of every blast from the opponent, who seemingly being shy upon its own identity and defending it at all cost.

‘I can’t even tune my own attributes at this point... Ah, if I try to concentrate-“

A rupture appears from Juno’s chest as he trampled back by the piercing attack from his opponent. It is oozing with abundant heat from within and bled a shot of his blood from the impact. Juno saw this moment as his ways to quickly transform his stats to match the blinding speed of his enemy. He currently has 2 billions to convert as attributes for the brawl and double-boost power from his abilities.

‘let’s take 200 millions away first and disperse it mostly to damage and speed.’

Before he could fully filling the agility stats to the brim, another speck of damage is coming towards him in projectiles. Juno could easily deflect the assault by the immense speed of his own s***h before trying to find the enemy. However, there’s no one other than him on the line. No other living creatures nearby that has capability to blast him away to dust like the humongous creature that trampling the cities on the other end of the city.

Another s***h coming towards him in an instant from the left. Juno dodged the whirlwind s***h conveniently by slight jump to the right.

‘Hm, it-‘

One more blast is appearing from the right and bashing his back in consequence to the lack of perception over the enemies’ location. By the vivid damage from the s***h, Juno felt the dubious activity of the enemies as astounding.

“What a-“

Piercing attacks are approaching from the back, tearing him from the rear side of his torso. As He nodded within the glimpse of grimace from the successful impact, He quickly runs out from the inn’s vicinity. As he floating his intention towards the giant creature upon the southwestern area of Mooma City, another blast of damage is lurking behind him in haste. However, Juno chiefly avoid the imminent damage and running brisk to the direction of the gigantic opponent that he should defeat.

The humongous beast are much bigger than what Juno had expected. Its body is taller than the pinnacle of northern gates’s watchtower, which stood over 30 meters in height. The beast’s thick feature of the torso has flattened more than 20 buildings in parallel length, which most of them has similar structure to Mia’s inn that’s big enough to occupy a hectare of areas of the northern side gates.

“How could I blast it open? Do I have to-“

Juno tried to concentrate most of his available points to his strength after the chance is persists for him to allocate it on the right spot. He already spent 100 millions worth of points, which increased the rates of his agility into more than 100.000. As he felt the surging energy comes into him, he found something deficient to his own power.

“Hahh-Haahh... Why’s the stamina has to be counted into stats? I guess I have to allocate 100 k more.”

Hundred thousand of three hundred million dollars are given towards the three pinpoint of attributes that Juno coveted for the trial: Agility, Strength, and stamina. He considered the proliferated intelligence and Health point is not influential for this battle. Not for long, Juno runs underneath the beast’s stomach in halfway to bullet speed and launched his twin swords against the bowel of the huge beasts.

The approach made from the bottom side of the beast are came to naught for Juno. The beast’s thick fat all over its abdomen muscles appears to be the cause of its durability, since he could only scratch the beast’s stomach dermis.

Knowing of the injury occurred from the bottom side, the beast instinctively lowering its stance to plummet the enemy underneath by crushing pressure of its stomach. Juno has seen the drastic change of the beast’s nature and rapidly galloping to get out from the wide range of its torso.

Juno could finally quit himself from the advent of the huge beast’s attempt to squish him out of existence. At last, Juno could take a look over the enemy’s head and glance towards the actual appearance of the enemy. It has a protruding eye that orchestrated its whole movement, alongside a nose and lips of a man down the side of its sight.

Nonetheless, Juno’s swift acceleration proves that the beast can not see him directly. It rather put various dicey stomps across any vacant spaces that it haven’t touch at the time. In ultimate of its assault, the beast charged a spark of light from its mouth and diffusing one linear shimmering ray in arc-shaped movement to the ground ahead.

“Whoa, that surely are staggering!” Clamored Juno as he witnessed the beast’s attack up front,”I believe that there’s a way to defeat it, but how?”

To indulge more of the beast’s capacity, Juno springs up to the air and overviewing the wide array of the beast’s feature in one big picture from the front. All he could comprehend is a fat one-eyed humanoid creature that mostly known as Oculous of the Gras country’s mythology. With reckless demeanor and deformed face of the giant, all he could consider is the stupidity of the beast itself. Otherwise, none of the folklore of the country has better ways to flush out his current enemy.

‘haha, oculous, you say? That’s George of the heaven’s northern realm. He must be banished to hell because of his indecency.’ Commented the demon within Juno’s mind. To the extent of sudden input from the demon, Juno goes wild and argues,’ Are you so bored that much, master demon? I can’t-“

“You’re lucky to be here with myself as your company, Juno. That beast is so much for a meal to you in such a short life in hell.”

Juno could not defy the command of his master of the realm, the final opponent that he has to appease. If the host of the very city has been situated to address the issue by itself, it means that the enemy is not a regular threat for him to maintain. After the interesting discussion with the owner of hell, Juno realized something that could be considered as a cue to his own disposal. For the trial of his attempt, he firstly sprint to the front line of the beast. With half of a bullet pace of his run, he could snatch a place to the beast’s forehead with two leaps over the beast’s rough skin, which gave the upper hand to the man by the course of piling-up skin of the beast.

A spurt of blue blood emerges from the lacerated eye of the beast. Juno swiftly slashed the beast’s means of sight by one single drive of his twin swords. His brute strength brought immediate aftermath to the huge creature’s muscle coordination, brusquely made the beast laying senseless attack towards the blank target and being clumsy over its own limbs.

(Bam!)

The beast trying to brush the menace upon his head with his hand, but failed miserably because of its blindness. Several beams of light were launched with no real scope to the entire city, but being dispersed towards nonsensical areas of the beast’s attack range.

“Now, for the final attack-here it comes!”

Second step of Juno’s blitz assault directed to the pairs of the beast’s arms and legs. He gouged its fingers and cut the hands clean before amputating the last two means of movement of the beast, therefore immobilized the creature to its current position and leaning itself against the ground.

‘Finish the beast right now, Juno!’

“Aye-aye, captain!”

Acute to the demon’s order, Juno was standing upon the nape of the beast. He raised the twin swords high to the air, then blatantly flashing his whole might into the sword’s steel and decapitating the beast’s head as a result.

An hour has been elapsed and Juno are still stationed in front of the opponent’s remains. The enormous size is making him shuddered, but satisfied with the derived outcomes that he could achieve. However, it still knackered him of the fact that the entire city has collapsed by the four-legged creature’s hazardous attack.

Juno’s lone sightseeing then disrupted by Lafath’s abrupt arrival. Lafath seemed interested with the creature’s sudden emergence to the city as it approaches the head-less body. When its right hand touched the remains, it’s all diminished to dust and mixing itself with the lifeless terrain of the once-Mooma city.

“So, for your punishment, Juno-“ The demon speaks to Juno after cleaning the corpse and putting all of it inside a jar with its magic,”You have to go directly to the bank vault of Silema and pouring this dirt to the available safe deposit box inside.”

“It’s not the actual penalty? For real?”

“Verily.” Said the demon while handing the jar for Juno to hold firm and returning to its own domain in a blink of an eye.

The tides of previous events has Juno involved into brimming expedition over the madness of hell itself. For the time being, Juno is walking on foot to the city of Silema to pour the beast’s dust into the bank vault’s safe deposit box. Lafath has not unearthed the motives for the remains’ storage to the man, so he only has to predict and concoct an ideal answer to the job.

As Juno laid a glance to the former territory of Mooma city, he only saw vacate mounds of red sands that formerly flourished with blue bricks of the city’s buildings. The pride of the demon residents and royals of the city were vanquished by heaven’s wrath upon his deeds. Lafath’s involvements in this particular situation is unknown, vacate and without any precedents to swallow.

However, the lonely side of himself are not living for long. The demon king, Lafath, has appeared to entail Juno’s success in defeating the ‘evil’ beast of heaven. The demon’s expression looks intense upon the qualms of the man, as its eyebrows leaning down its nose in reluctance to get away from the stress.

As Juno walks beside the demon, who laid down its stare to the man for awhile, he eventually recognized its sudden presence. Contrarywise, He didn’t surprised to the immediate emergence, only waved his left hand to the beast in return,”Oh, master demon again. What do you want?”

Lack of vigor and enthusiasm from the man has brought Lafath to a small bit of discontent,”Well, I just want to teach you of something- but I don’t know-“

“Since when you have become so reserved, master demon? I never thought-“

“Not your business, I presume.” The demon implied,”Nonetheless, I would embalm this case to you. Did you notice something odd back then, while you fought George the fallen beast?”

“George? Ah, Oculous. Yeah, I suppose. The health bar wasn’t appear to my eye, so I can’t predict of how much impact I have made to the attack.”

The demon nodded in excitement,”Definitely, and that’s what I want to-“

“And I thought that might be due to the beast’s correlation with heaven. Your entire circus has no effect to that beast, so I have to be cautious from now on, right?”

”That’s what I want to inform you right on, and I’m impressed with your skills. Stay alive, okay? My world needed you at most.” Said the demon before vanishing back to its throne, much to the neglect of the human over its current presence.
