“What are you looking at, you damn boy?” The smaller man flinched, visibly and looked away, casting his eyes down and focusing on something non-existent  on the stone floor.  He muttered an apology and the man kicked his bench.  “You’d better be, you shit.” The older guy was filthy.  Rotten teeth and a graying beard, coloured in yellowish- brown at the edges, he had the colour on his fingertips. They were covered in dirt too, but the nails were that unmistakable colour old smokers had.  He had probably been smoking since he’d been ten.  Eadan made a disgusted face at him, one that he didn’t try to conceal, and made a quick assumption he’d probably look exatly like that later in his life.  If he lever lived that long, of course.  “And you?” The guy moved his glare towards Eadan.
