  Gabriel's POV   My wolves adjusted their stance to match mine without being told to and they all moved one step closer to where the rogues sat. Not aggressively, but just enough so that the room felt a little smaller around them, increasing the psychological pressure that I was subjecting them to.   "Talk to me," I said, "Tell me your side of the story."   It took a few minutes, but eventually, with the silence pressing in on him, the one on the left cracked first.   "She didn't sit like she was sure of herself…not really." he said hoarsely. "She kept correcting herself and straightening her shoulders. Like she was copying someone else's confidence instead of being herself…like..like a performance really. As if she wanted us to think she was someone else…someone more than she was."
