Chapter 1
The room was dark. Only a little shed of light came through the curtains that didn't fully close. If there was light to see what the room looks like, you wouldn't be too happy about what was to see in there. In the light that was shining through the opening of the curtains there was a reflection to see from the blood that was streaming over the floor. It was clear that it was fresh. Following the stream of blood where was a body and above it a mouth full of sharp teeth. The only sound that was there, was the sound of a growling beast and bones that were cracking. The beast didn't bother to look up or to look around. It knew very well that no one would dare to come close. At all ease it kept eating from the body that it just killed. That's all that you would see when you see this beast. But in reality this beast knows a lot more than just killing and eating.
Kira looked at the dead body on the ground he had been eating from. Sometimes he just gets so tired from all this hunting. He didn't even like having to kill humans, but his body didn't allow anything else. The life of a fallen guardian is rather hard. So many instincts ran through his mind. He didn't know which part of his instincts he was supposed to trust. Even though he couldn't ignore the instinct of having to eat. That would mean starvation and that was something he couldn't bring up to do. Kira stopped eating and looked around. Another messed up room he ended up in. Humans are so weak, but compared to other wolfs he also was a lot stronger. There it was again. All those thoughts it drove him crazy. Suddenly Kira heard sounds coming out of other rooms. That was his que to go. Kira jumped out of the window and ran away. He knew exactly how all this happening was going to end. Humans find the dead human, humans scream, then they cry, then they put the dead human in a chest, chest goes into the ground, there's a lot of crying and two weeks later everyone's life goes on again and the human in the chest is forgotten. Kira didn't understand why humans would cry over another humans they can forget so soon. He saw the edge of the town and ran towards it. Staying in the city would be stupid for a wolf to do. So stupid, why would he care about a human life if they are so cruel against each other? He didn't know and he didn't want to know. Once he was out of town a group of wolfs came towards him. 'Ow great. The council.' He thought. Kira slowly walked towards the group of wolfs. In total the group existed out of four wolfs. The one on the full right had a grey fur, the one full on the left had black fur, the second on the left had brown fur and the one on the second right was full white. He seemed to be the leader of the group. 'Kira, I've heard that you have been bothering some wolfs of my pack.' The white wolf spoke on a clearly serious tune. 'Not this s**t again. I told you I don't even want to come close to your stupid pack.' Kira said annoyed. This was the third time this week that Duria was accusing him from 'bothering' his pack. After all, Kira was banned from being allowed to be in a pack since he picked a fight with one of the pups from Sabel the brown wolf in the group. It was so stupid, of course it was a trick to get him out of the pack. Well it worked. He was kicked out and ever since been a lone wolf. 'I'm not going to tell you again that you have to stay away.' Sabel said. 'I didn't know that hunting and eating was bothering your pack so much.' Was the sarcastic reply that Sabel was getting from Kira. 'You may pass for now. But I don't want to see you close anymore.' Duria said. 'Whatever. By the way Mello and Dian, don't keep your mouth too shut. Before you know it you can't open it anymore.' Kira grinned and walked away through the group. He actually was really angry. They always act like they are so great while he could take them on easy. Taking them on? Yes that was easy. Taking on four packs at ones? Impossible. Even for him. Kira just continued walking not knowing where to go. Right now nothing bothered him anyway. His instincts came back up again. He had to find a place to stay the night. His nose slowly went to ground to look for something that smiled like a good place to cover. The sky had a lot of clouds. Meaning that it would be raining soon. Kira hated the rain. He wasn't sure why exactly, he just hated it. Finally a smell he recognized and he started to follow it. The smell brought him to a big cave. It didn't smell like disease or death nor to another animal that could live inside there. Little drops of rain started to fall down and Kira hurried inside the cave to get cover. Just in time. The rain fell down with a harsh speed. He avoided to get soaked wet from the rain. Strange enough he didn't have any problems staring at it. To Kira the rain was fascinating to look at. And the sound, oh the sound. It was so colorful. 'Wait, how can a sound be colorful.' He thought. Sometimes his thoughts were so illogical. He felt crazy for having such thoughts. Kira knew that he was very different from others. Even though he couldn't lay a paw on what it was. He went laying down on the ground and slowly started to fall asleep on the sound of the rain falling down.
