Jay My feet tapped on the wooden floor. We’d been waiting for hours. Not that I could tell the actual time. We’d gotten to the coven meeting hall quickly, but things stalled there. Someone from the coven had gathered us, having us wait outside the door. We were in a long, wide hallway, much like one before a courthouse.
