“Court? You don’t mean that? What do you want to fight for in court?” She asked, looking at me with her brows raised.
“A divorce.” I replied, and she shook her head.
“How do you hope to win against John in court? You know how he manipulates people, and wait, what are we fighting for? Can partners of the Alpha Marriage be divorced? It’s a blood contract that was signed, it can’t be broken.” She said.
“I know. The couple will no longer be called a couple in name, but the both of them can no longer sleep with, or love any other people, but our case is different. We can still love each other because for some reason, I’m not dying, even though I’m daring to have a relationship with you.”
