13 Griselda woke from a fitful sleep filled with a nightmare that felt all too real. Max ran through the darkness and called out to his parents. Isolde broke free from the Shadowlands and a faceless child sunk into the ground. Griselda told herself it was just a dream, but she could not shake the feeling that something was wrong. Oxworth had yet to show himself again and the Trith had disappeared. Petunia kept a constant eye on him, but his position had not changed. He would return, though.
