Raymond POV So as i was saying. I still vividly remember how my father, the leaders of the other werewolves packs, the queen of the witches and my beloved mate; Bell fought and lay down their lives just to make sure that every single vampires were wipe out of the surface of this world. We all fought with everything we got for peace that night. But for peace we....I lost everything. "s**t!" I muttered and quickly wipe off the tears that had gathered my eyes. I had train myself not to get too emotional anytime i think about her, but every time i do. Tears always fill up my eyes. "Sir are you okay?" My butler while looking at me through the gear view mirror softly ask. "s**t he notice." I said to myself, cleared my throat, adjusted myself on the chair and sit up right like the respected billionaire i am. "I am fine. Something just flew into my eyes." I replied not knowing he didn't even notice the tears. "Your face expression changed all of a sudden and you looked tired. Do want me to drive you back to the mansion to rest?" He ask while simultaneously looking at the road and also looking at me through the rearview mirror. "No i am fine." I calmly said and stare back at him. "If you say so sir." He answered and faced the road. "Thank god he didn't think i was crying." I said to myself while still looking at him. "Would you have fire him?" My wolf strangely ask me. "No!" I said under my breath. "Why the hell would i do that?" I quietly ask him. "Cause he saw you crying." My wolf answered. "It's not a big deal. Humans cry a lot and besides i doubt he even notice the tears." I firmly said to him, and lean back at the chair. "Okay." My wolf whisper. I know they say it's okay for a strong mortal men to cry, but it's not for a man who shifts into a werewolf. In our pack if a werewolf mourn or cries over the death of his mate. He is seen as a weak dog, who should be searching for a new mate instead of crying over the death of the last one. Obviously, the werewolves from all other packs doesn't follow these practices of ours, and are allowed to mourn the death of their mates for as long as they want. But not more than five years because it is forbidden for a wolf to leave without a mate for that long. Why? Because we werewolf count on not only our strength but also our numbers. If we don't mate and have descendants, we can indirectly ruin the cooperative force of the pack, and if that's ruined. The pack can be easily be overthrown by another rival pack. "Look at those trees. Woah!" My wolf suddenly spoke out to me. We were now passing through the city's express way and under it are some very dense forest which i tried acquiring from the city's mayor, but he refuse to sell. I tried acquiring the forest for myself; so that anytime i missed the feeling of running through the woods on a full moon. I could simply just do that without worrying that a human camping on it will spot me. But, when i tried buying the forest from the city mayor he refuse to sell it. I swear, even till this day i don't understand why that fat man refuse the 6 billion dollars i gave him for the trees. I thought humans love money? Oh well i guess he must have been given a bigger deal. "No! Come back." My wolf suddenly shouts as we makes through the forest. "Go back go back." He repeatedly shouted. "Stop that!" I said understand my voice but my butler heard me. "Did you say something sir?" He ask. "On that. I mean the music." I lied. "But you don't listen to modern music." My butler reminded. "Yes. I think i will try it out today." I said with a forced smile, and he turn on the radio and a rock sound began to play. Now with the rock music playing i could talk to my wolf and the butler wouldn't hear me. "What the hell is your problem?" I said to him in an angry tone. "Back, go back to the forest." My wolf cries out. Looks like he missed the forest a lot, the thrilling experience, the games and most of all the memories he had with my mate there. For the past two centuries I have refuse shift into my wolf form cause i don't want to be spotted by any human. After the war we promise to keep our identities a secret from the mortals, and that's what i have try to do for the two centuries. But my wolf doesn't understand that. He wants to be loose by all means and that's why i wanted to buy the forest from the fat man. He only he had sold me the forest. I would have find a way to stop the humans from camping on it for a single night, and let my wolf break out. But i guess that won't be possible. "Sorry Gray, but you have to stay in there..." I quietly said to my wolf and he said nothing back. "Still when i find a secluded forest to buy anyway." I added, and he still didn't say anything. Looks like he is angry at me. "Sir we here!" My butler stopped the car, turn down the rock music and said. "Oh really?" I pretended to be excited with what he said, and try leaving the car. "Oh let me help you with that sir." My butler quickly said and step out of the car to open the door for me. "It's fine you don't have to." I muttered to him as and step out of the car. "It's my job." He said with a sincere smile on his face. "Thank you." I smiled back and walk out and towards the stairs leading to the entrance of the company. It was a one hundred and fifty-six flat skyscraper company located at the southeast part of the city. And i created it. "You are late!" A female shouted to me and i instantly knew who it was. She was standing at the end of the stairs, wearing her usual body revealing clothes, high heels and blood red lipstick. "Here we go." I said under my breath with a bored look on my face and walk towards her.
