Scheming Ex : Part One

                   (Arabella Pov)

      I woke up to the sound of someone walking around the room, it took me a few minutes to remember what happened last night. We were watching a movie and I must have fallen asleep, I sat up in the bed and looked around. I was in his bed room, I looked down and realized I was wearing different clothes than I wore last night. He must have changed me last night, which didn't bother me since he is my mate after all. Just then he walked out of the bathroom and smiled at me before saying, "Good morning Tesoro, how did you sleep?" I smiled back at him and said, "Good morning, I slept well thank you. I'm sorry I fell asleep during the movie last night." He shook his head with a smile and replied, "Don't worry about it love, you were tired." I stood up from the bed and rubbed my eyes with a yawn and he chuckled, he made his way over to me and pulled me into his arms. I looked up at him and he bent down to kiss me, I put my arms around his neck and let him deepen the kiss. When he pulled away he said, "Marlena should have breakfast ready by now, lets go downstairs." I nodded and let him lead me downstairs to the dinning room, we took our seats. Him at the head of the table and me right next to him. Marlena brought the food out a few minutes later, home made waffles and fresh fruit as well as bacon and eggs. She also brought out coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice.

    The food was delicious just like the dinner last night, Marlena truly is an amazing cook. While we were eating he asked me, "You don't have class today right?" I looked over at him and said, "No, but I do have to work later tonight." His eyebrows shot up and he asked, "Where do you work?" I swallowed my mouthful of food before replying, "The Whiskey Courtyard." He looked surprised to hear that, "Isn't that a 24 hour Restaurant-Bar?" I nodded and replied, "Yes it is." He was quiet for a second before he asked, "Why do you work there?" I shrugged my shoulders before replying, "I have to pay for school plus my rent and food, I have to be able to pay it somehow. Plus the tips are good over there, and we get paid a decent hourly rate." I took another bite of my food and nearly moaned at the taste. "Do your parents help with school?" I shook my head, I haven't told him about my parents yet. "No, my parents never wanted to be parents. Once I was old enough to take care of myself they left me on my own most of the time, I worked through out high school and saved every penny I made so I could move away for college." He stopped eating for a second and said, "I'm so sorry tesoro." I smiled at him and said, "It's okay, I'm over it honestly." I really am over it, I've done okay on my own so far. 

        (Giorgio Pov)

      When Arabella was telling me about her parents I got angry, how could they not want her. She is perfect, they just must be crazy. We finished our breakfast then we decided to go for a walk around the garden, I held her hand in mine as we walked and enjoyed each others company. I love looking at her, the way she smiles, the way her eyes sparkle and her laugh. Her laugh is like music to me, I just met her and I am already in love with her. "What are you thinking about?" She asked me when I had zoned out thinking about how much I love her. "Just how amazing you are, and how happy I am I found you." She blushed and looked down at her feet, she looks so cute when she blushes. Well she is always beautiful but she is especially adorable when she blushes, I am going to have to make her blush more often. I gently lifted her chin so she would look at me and I kissed her, she opened her mouth when I ran my tongue along the seam of her lips. She put her arms around my neck and I cupped the back of her head and deepened the kiss, she moaned into my mouth and my d**k twitched awake. I pulled back so we could catch our breath, she looked up at me with a shy smile. I smiled back at her and placed a kiss on her forehead, "Do you wanna go for a swim?" I asked her. She nodded and said, "Sounds fun, but I don't have a swim suit with me." I gave her a flirty smile and replied, "But you do have underwear right?" She thought about it for a second and said, "I guess it's no different than a bikini, I'm in."

     We went to the indoor pool and she stripped down to her underwear as I stripped down to my boxers, she looked over at me and smiled before she jumped into the pool. I chuckled before jumping into the pool after her, once I popped up to the surface I grabbed her around the waste and pulled her to me. She wrapped her legs around my waist and her arms around my neck, her t**s were right in my face and I couldn't resist. I stuck my head between her t**s and breathed in her scent, she giggled and cupped the back of my head as I nuzzled her chest. When I pulled back she leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on my lips, I smiled at her when she pulled back. We swam for awhile playing around in the water, then we got into the hot tub. I pulled her closer to me and cuddled with her in the hot tub, "What time do you have to be at work?" I asked her. She replied, "I start at 7 pm but I need to go home to change before that." I nodded and said, "What time do you get off work if you start at 7?" She leaned her head on my shoulder and said, "It's and 8 hour shift so 3 am." I frowned I don't like the idea of her working so late, but I don't want her to feel like I am trying to control her so I didn't comment on it.

                 (Lara Pov)           

        I can't believe Giorgio broke things off with me, there is no way that his mate could compare to me. I am rich, successful and sexy as hell. There is no way In hell I am letting him go without a fight, he is mine! I'm not just gonna let some little b***h steal him away from me just because she is his mate, he was mine

first and he is going to stay mine I just have to think of a plan. He blocked my phone number as well as on social media so I can't contact him that way, but there is nothing stopping me from finding out who his mate is and having a little "Chat" with her. Tony a man on Giorgio's security team has a crush on me and I happen to have his number, I can most likely get some information out of him. I smiled to myself as I picked up my phone and dialed Tony's number. Tony picked up on the third ring, "Hello" I cleared my throat then in a seductive voice I said, "Hey Tony, it's Lara. Are you free to meet up today?" He was silent for a second before he replied, "Uh, yeah I'm free. Where and when do you want to meet?" I thought about it for a second and said, "Earls Diner, in one hour." He responded, "Okay, I will see you then." I hung up the phone and laughed, this is going to be so easy. I will have Tony right where I want him in no time at all, poor guy he is so easy to use.

               One hour later at Earl's Diner......

      I walked into Earl's diner and smiled when I saw Tony was already there waiting for me, I slowly walked over to the table he was sitting at. His eyes roaming my body as I walked to him, I sat down across from him with a smile and said, "Hi Tony, it's nice to see your handsome face again." He nervously rubbed the back of his neck before replying, "It's nice to see you again too Lara, its been a few days." I laughed and said, "Yeah, since Gio has found his mate there isn't a reason for me to come around there anymore." He smiled and said, "Yeah, he told us about that. Arabella, she seems like a nice girl. I caught a glimpse of her when he picked her up from school yesterday." A college student, so this b***h is younger than me. Oh well there is no way she is hotter than me, I will have Gio back in no time. Now I just have to get more information about her out of Tony. He cleared his throat and asked me, "So, not that I don't enjoy your company but what made you ask me to meet you?" I gave him a seductive look and replied, "I just thought we could have lunch together and get to know each other a bit." He smiled and said, "I would like that." Poor guy I almost feel bad that I am using him, but it will all be worth it when I get Gio back. Just then a waitress came over and took our order, when she left to put our order in I smiled at Tony and bit my lip. 

    Over the next hour Tony and I ate and talked, I was able to get a bit of information from him about Gio's new found mate. Arabella Rogers age nineteen, a witch and a student at Foster school of business. He also let it slip where she works, The Whiskey Courtyard. I smiled one last time at Tony before saying, "It has been great spending time with you Tony, but I have to get going. I'll talk to you later okay." He smiled back at me and said, "Of course, my lunch break is over anyways I have to get back to work. This was fun, we should do it again sometime." I winked at him, blew him a kiss then turned and walked out of the diner. Well Arabella we are going to have to have a little chat about who Gio really belongs to, and I can't wait. 

           (Arabella Pov)

     After spending the day with Giorgio, we are now on the way to my apartment so I can change and get ready for work. We got to my apartment in twenty minutes, he parked the car and then we got out and I led into my apartment. I closed the door behind us and locked it, my neighborhood isn't exactly the safest so its best to have the doors locked even when inside. Gio looked around my apartment before saying, "This is a nice place you got here." I laughed before responding, "You don't have to lie, I know its a piece of crap but its mine and I did it myself without any ones help." He smiled at me before giving me a quick peck on the lips, "Okay, I need to get changed for work. Make yourself at home, I'll be back in a few minutes." He nodded before walking over to sit on the couch, I made my way into my bedroom and went to my closet. I pulled out my uniform which is a navy blue button up top with The Whiskey Courtyard sewn into the back of the shirt and black slacks, I quickly stripped out of the clothes I was wearing and put on my uniform. I slipped on my work shoes before heading into the bathroom to pull my hair back into a braid, then I put on some light natural make-up before heading out of my room to where Gio was waiting for me. He smiled when he looked up and saw me, "You look beautiful as always, but I have to say love the uniform look." I laughed before replying, "Well thank you, I try." 

     Gio stood up from the couch and said, "I know we just spent last night and all day together, but I can't get enough of you. Would you want to spend the night with me again, I'll pick you up from work and take you back to my place." To be honest I couldn't get enough of him either, I want to be around him all the time. I smiled and replied, "I would love to, let me just pack a bag real quick then we have to get going before I'm late for work." I went back into my room and quickly packed a bag of things I might need, pajamas, clean under wear and bra set, clothes to wear tomorrow. When I had everything I needed packed I walked back into the living room and said, "Okay, I'm ready." He took my back from me and held my hand with his free hand and we left my apartment, locking the door behind us before heading back to his car. We listened to the radio as he drove me to work, we sang along to the songs and I was surprised to find out he has a pretty good singing voice. We pulled up to The Whiskey Courtyard ten minutes to seven, he gave me a peck on the lips and said, "Have a good shift, I'll be here to pick you up at three." I got out of the car and gave him a wave before heading into the building. I made my way to my locker in the break room and put my purse inside before locking in and heading to my station.

            (Giorgio Pov)

    I watched as my gorgeous mate waved at me before turning around and walking into the restaurant, I was about to drive away when I got a phone call. I pulled out my cell phone and saw it was my best friend Enzo Russo. I accepted the call and said, "Hey Enzo, whats up man?" Enzo replied, "Well I just found out you met your mate and I am very upset you didn't tell your best friend about it." I laughed and said,"Enzo I just met her last night, I'm sorry I didn't call you the second I met her." Enzo chuckled and said, "See, that wasn't so hard was it, anyways do you wanna meet me for a drink?" I haven't seen Enzo in a while and I have nothing to do until Arabella gets off work. "Sure, sounds good. Where?" Enzo hummed and said, " How about Rabbit Hole in half an hour?" Rabbit Hole is the name of one of our favorite bars, its a nice place to drink and hang out with friends. "Okay, I'll see you then." I pulled out of the parking lot and head over to the Rabbit Hole after hanging up the phone. Twenty minutes later I pulled into the parking lot of the Rabbit Hole, I didn't see Enzo's car yet so I just hung out in my car for a few minutes. 

   Ten minutes later Enzo pulled into the parking lot, seeing my car he takes the spot right next to it, I got out of my car and locked the doors and set the alarm before walking over to him. He smiled at me and pulled me in for a bro hug, "It's been a while and we have a lot to talk about, you have to tell me all about your new found mate." He said. I smiled thinking about Arabella and replied, "Lets go in, have a drink and I will tell you." He nodded in agreement and we made our way into the bar, we were able to find a table pretty quick and ordered a couple of beers and a few shots. Since Enzo and I are both demons it takes a lot to get us drunk. Minutes later we had our drinks and I told him all about Arabella and how we met, as we drank. Enzo slammed back his last shot before saying, "You will have to introduce us soon, I have to meet the woman who has my best friend whipped after only one day of knowing her." I laughed before replying, "Just wait until you meet your mate man, you are gonna be just as whipped just as fast." He chuckled then said, "I can't wait." We hung out at the bar for a few hours before I decided to head home and get a some sleep before having to go and pick Arabella up later. When I got home I went up to my room, set an alarm so I would wake up in time to pick Arabella up. Then I stripped down to my boxers and climbed into my bed, I smiled when I could still smell her scent in my bed. I drifted off to sleep thinking about my amazing little mate.
