The night was starting off wonderfully, Merideth and Adam enjoying a comfortable dinner at the Cafe. Miss Mary coming to see her friend for herself. She gave Adam a grateful hug for saving her life.
"Now, when you're ready to come back and bake with me, you just let me know. I have people asking about your cinnamon rolls!" she was so relieved to her smiling and with the dashing doctor.
"I will, most definitely. Mary thank you for everything you have done. But most of all being my friend," Merideth said hugging her friend tightly. Mary whispered into her,to have a great time on her date and not do anything she wouldn't do. This caused Merideth to blush, the scarlet tinging her cheeks so brightly she felt that she was competing with the neon open sign in the window.
