Malachi’s POV
Mykah had no idea what was going on. Sometimes the girl was clueless. She clearly didn’t take the hint and heed Madds and Max’s warning. Rae looked over at Madds and Max before she said, “I’ll wake up an hour early so we can further destroy our room and still be on time” and then looked over at Mykah, “Don’t worry, I’ll make sure we are done in time, I won’t be late”.
She took her plate and went to get a second helping of food, and I couldn’t help but laugh as Madds and Max sat back down mouths wide. Mykah sat with us, “You got your hands full there Mal,” she chuckled. “At least she still has priorities”.
When she returned, she sat between me and Mykah and carried on eating and chatting as if nothing had happened. When we had finished, I suggested we go and see Mum and Da
