Aurora didn’t even bother to turn around, she caught the scent long before the voice came. That cheap perfume thick like syrup and always too strong.
“What the hell are you doing here?” she asked feeling bored. “I came to talk.” Maddy replied
She sighed, lifted the glass to her lips and muttered under her breath, “Of course you did.”
Maddy walked in with her usual arrogant aura, hips swaying like she was on some kind of runway. “I see your wings are still in full bloom just waiting to be chopped.” Aurora murmured.
“Oh come on Aurora. You finally got rid of me, you should be in a more celebratory mood.” Aurora rolled her eyes swaying her drink.
