This or that? Right or Left?

Chapter Four

That morning when Ann woke up she was still a little scared. She got up and went to her window to make sure it was still locked and that that creepy shadow guy was gone.

Little did Ann know he was still there. Hidden in the shadows just out of sight.

Ann went about her day and got ready for classes. On her way out she went and checked the spot she seen the shadow and found some foot prints and a weird flower that she has never seen before.

At school she went to the library with the flower to try and do some research on it before class. An hour later and she still did not know the identification of the flower.

Ann went to her last class of the day determined to go back to the library after to do more research.

It's now 9pm and she still could not find anything online or in books about the flower. It has her thinking if the flower is not from this part of the world. That maybe she's going to have expand her research for different parts of the world.

Ann did not walk home that night. She got on the bus that would take her all the way to the corner of her street. She felt safer this way. Ann figured that the shadow could not follow her this way.

The shadow did not need to follow her as he was already there in the shadows waiting for her to return. He's waited so long to find her and now nothing was going to stop him from getting his queen.
