*MAXINE’s POV*
Prince Damian’s carriage stopped right in front of the Collin’s front door. The prince opened the carriage’s door before he stepped out and helped me to get off.
“Thank you,” I said to him and smiled.
“You’re welcome,” he replied and smiled back.
“I’ll be going now. Say hi to Bella for me,” he whispered to me and pat my head before he went back inside the carriage then off he go. I turned around and entered the palace.
“Welcome back, princess, ” I heard a woman’s voice so I looked up and saw Auntie Kramae smiling at me, but of course I know it’s just a fake one.
“Hello, Aunt Kramae, ” I greeted her and gave her a fake smile too.
“Excuse me, ” I said and started walking away from her but she grabbed my right arm tightly. I winced at her grasp.
