With Nick and Alisha’s wedding happening just around the corner, Mom and I were doing a mad dash to finish everything. This was a big client for my mother and she wanted to make sure everything was perfect.
Not only did we have a huge wedding cake to make, she had a brunch to cater on the same day. It was an important week for her, and I wanted to support her as much as possible, but there was a big part of me that didn’t want to have anything to do with this wedding.
