Chapter 10The HEO meeting ran very late as we discussed various strategies to avoid destruction by the normal world. Once again I had to go home afterwards without even letting Dawn know I’d been in the community. I grinned as Malaki high-fived me when we walked out the door. “That’s the best idea anyone’s ever had,” she said. “This is going to be epic!” “We’ll make history,” I promised.
